ATTENZIONE: Durante l’uso di questo apparecchio potrebbe prodursi anidride 30.

quindi essere tenuto esclusivamente all’esterno o in ambienti adeguatamente
ventilati, al fine di garantire la giusta quantità di aria per la combustione ed
evitare la formazione di miscele contenenti gas non bruciati. E’ assolutamente
vietato l’uso dell’apparecchio all’interno di abitazioni.

INSTALLAZIONE

Questo apparecchio funziona con gas liquefatto ed è necessaria una installazione che preveda l’uso
di un tubo di gomma flessibile omologato per GPL in conformità con le normative vigenti. Utilizzare
un tubo con lunghezza non superiore a 1,5 metri, diametro interno 8-9 mm, diametro esterno 14 mm,
fissato con fascetta a vite metallica in acciaio inox diametro 9-16 mm, come indicato nella fig. 1.

Acquistare la bombola da un centro autorizzato, in modo da esser sicuri che essa sia stata controlla­ta e riempita correttamente. Utilizzare sempre un regolatore di pressione collegato alla bombola.
Tale regolatore deve essere dotato di una calibrazione fissa normalizzata di 30mbar per il butaono
e di 37mbar per il propano.

Collegare il tubo al supporto in gomma del regolatore e a quello del dispositivo con il tubo di fissag­gio. Il tubo deve essere sostituito nella sua data di scadenza. Il tubo può essere rimosso per evitare
di essere sottoposto ad una forza di trazione o di torsione e non deve avere curve strette o punti
soffocati. Verificare periodicamente lo stato di usura del tubo e in caso di perdite, non aggiustarlo,
ma sostituirlo.

Quando l’installazione è completa, controllare se le guarnizioni siano perfettamente sigillate, spruz­zando una soluzione di sapone su una di loro e verificando che non si formino bolle.

ATTENZIONE:
NON USARE FIAMME LIBERE.

Il tubo utilizzato deve essere in conformità con le norme di sicurezza vigenti; verificare se è in
buone condizioni, controllare la data di scadenza e sostituirlo periodicamente.

Installazione e controlli periodici del tubo devono essere effettuate da personale qualificato
e autorizzato.

PROVA DI FUGA DI GAS

Se si sospetta una perdita di gas, interrompere immediatamente la somministrazione di gas all’in­terno dell’apparecchio. Per interrompere il flusso di gas, utilizzare la valvola della bombola per
chiuderla.
La formazione di bolle è un’indicazione di una perdita. Rimuovere il regolatore dalla bombola, poi
quest’ultima dall’apparecchio; eseguire questa operazione all’aperto. NON utilizzare l’apparecchio
fino a quando non viene controllato da personale qualificato!

Eseguire un test di perdita del gas almeno una volta all’anno e ogni volta che si sostituisce la bombo­la e subito dopo la prima installazione dell’apparecchio. Assicurarsi che i comandi siano in posizione
“0” e controllare che tutti i collegamenti siano corretti.
Procedere ad aprire il regolatore e verificare con una soluzione saponosa eventuali perdite.

ATTENZIONE:
NON ESEGUIRE IL TEST quando l’apparecchio è in funzione o è stato appena spento; atten­dere che si raffreddi.

NON UTILIZZARE L’APPARECCHIO in caso di perdita di gas!

NON USARE FIAMME LIBERE per testare le perdite.

NON USARE apparecchiature elettriche se si sospetta la presenza di fuga di gas.

Per assistenza tecnica, contattare il rivenditore, un centro di assistenza qualificato o il forni­tore del gas.

ISTRUZIONI PER L‘USO

- Posizionare l’apparecchio su una superficie stabile lontano da materiali infiammabili. Assicurarsi
che il fornello sia distante almeno 50 centimetri dagli oggetti circostanti.

- Assicurarsi che i comandi (E) siano posizionati su “0”.

- Assicurarsi che le corone spartifiamma (B), gli anelli dei bruciatori (C) e la griglia di supporto (A)
siano installati correttamente, come indicato nella fig. 2.

- Assicurarsi che gli anelli dei bruciatori (C) appoggino perfettamente sulla base bianca smaltata e
non siano deformatI.

- Collegare il tubo del gas all’apparecchio tramite l’ugello (F) e fissarlo mediante fascette stringitubo
alle due estremità come indicato nella fig. 1.

Importante: il tubo utilizzato deve essere omologato, leggere le informazioni riportate nel
paragrafo delle avvertenze).

PER ACCENDERE UN BRUCIATORE

- Avvicinare la fiamma dell’accendino al bruciatore che si desidera accendere.

- Ruotare la manopola del comando relativo in senso antiorario, come indicato nella fig. 3.

ATTENZIONE:
Assicurarsi che l’accensione sia immediata; in caso contrario, spegnere immediatamente la
manopola girandola in senso orario per chiudere l’alimentazione del gas e attendere alcuni
minuti prima di riprovare.

SEMPRE CHIUDERE LA VALVOLA DELLA BOMBOLA DEL GAS DOPO OGNI UTILIZZO.

PULIZIA E MANUTENZIONE

- Pulire periodicamente l’apparecchio, soprattutto dopo ogni uso oppure se è rimasto inutilizzato per
un periodo prolungato di tempo.

ATTENZIONE:
Attendere che l’apparecchio si raffreddi prima di intraprendere un nuovo ciclo di pulizia.

Proteggere le mani per evitare scottature.

La bombola del gas deve essere tenuta all’aperto in un’area ben ventilata. Assicurarsi che
non vi siano fonti di calore in prossimità della bombola.

Se l’apparecchio non è stato utilizzato per un lungo periodo di tempo, è necessario verificare
perdite di gas e controllare che i bruciatori non siano ostruiti.

SOSTITUZIONE DELLA BOMBOLA

- Chiudere i rubinetti, chiudere la valvola della bombola e consentire all’apparecchio di raffreddarsi
completamente prima di rimuovere e sostituire la bombola.

- Non sostituire la bombola mentre l’apparecchio è in funzione; essa deve essere sostituita in un
luogo privo di fiamme libere e all’aperto.

- Non fumare durante questa operazione.

- Svitare il regolatore di pressione dal rubinetto della bombola;

- Prima di fissare il regolatore di pressione alla bombola, sostituire la guarnizione del regolatore;

- Stringere correttamente il dado del regolatore di pressione sulla filettaura del rubinetto della bom­bola.

This appliance works with liquefied gas and it is necessary an installation that envisages the use of a
rubber hose approved for LPG according to the applicable rules. Use a hose with max length of 1.5
m, inside diameter of 8-9 mm, outside diameter of 14 mm, fixed with metallic screw clamp in stainless
steel (diameter 9-16 mm), as shown in Fig 1.

Buy the cylinder at an authorized centre, to be sure it has been checked and filled properly. Always
use a pressure regulator connected to the cylinder. Such regulator must be equipped with a fixed,
standardised calibration of 30 mbar for butane and 37 mbar for propane.

Connect the hose to the rubber support of the regulator and to the one of the device with the fixing
hose. The hose must be replaced on the expiry date. The hose can be removed to avoid a tensile or
torsion stress and must not have narrow bends or chocked points. Regularly check the wear state of
the hose and, in case of leaks, do not repair but replace it.

After installation, check whether seals are perfectly sealed by spraying a soap solution on one of
them and checking there are no bubbles.

WARNING:
DO NOT USE OPEN FLAMES.

The hose used must be compliant with the applicable safety rules. Make sure it is in good
conditions, check the expiry date and replace it regularly.

Installation and regular checking should be carried out by a skilled, authorized person.

GAS LEAK DETECTION TEST

If a gas leak is suspected, immediately stop the supply of gas into the appliance. To stop the gas flow,
use the cylinder valve to close it. The formation of bubbles indicates a leak. Remove the regulator
from the cylinder, then the latter from the appliance. Carry out this operation outdoor. DO NOT use
the appliance before having it inspected by qualified personnel!

Carry out a gas leak detection test at least once a year, at every change of the cylinder and imme­diately after the first installation of the appliance. Make sure the commands are in position “0” and
check all of connections are correct.
Open the regulator and check for leaks using a soapy solution.

WARNING:
DO NOT CARRY OUT THE TEST when the appliance is operating or has just been switched
off. Allow it to cool down.

DO NOT USE THE APPLIANCE in case of gas leak!

DO NOT USE OPEN FLAMES to detect leaks.

DO NOT USE electric equipment if a gas leak is suspected.

For servicing, contact the dealer, a qualified service centre or the gas supplier.

HOW TO OPERATE

- Place the appliance on a stable surface away from flammable materials. Make sure the appliance
is at least 50 cm away from the surrounding objects.

- Make sure the commands (E) are positioned on “0”.

- Make sure the burner caps (B), the burner rings (C), and the support grid (A) are properly installed,
as shown in Fig. 2.

- Make sure the burner rings (C) lean perfectly against the white glazed base and are not
deformed.

- Connect the gas hose of the appliance with the nozzle (F) and fix it using the hose clamps at the
two ends, as shown in Fig. 1.

Important: the hose used must be approved (read all information contained in the warning
paragraph).

SWITCHING A BURNER ON

- Place the lighter flame near the burner to be switched on.

- Rotate the knob of the corresponding command counter-clockwise, as shown in Fig. 3.

WARNING:
Make sure the switching on is immediate, otherwise, turn immediately the knob off by turning
it clockwise to interrupt the gas supply and wait some minutes before trying again.

ALWAYS CLOSE THE GAS CYLINDER VALVE AFTER EVERY USE.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

- Clean the appliance on a regular basis, especially after each use or if it has not been used for a
long period of time.

WARNING:
Allow the appliance to cool down before starting a new cleaning cycle.

Protect hands to prevent the risk of burns.

The gas cylinder must be kept outdoor in a well-ventilated area. Make sure there are no heat
sources close to the cylinder.

If the appliance has not been used for a long period of time, check for gas leaks and make
sure the burners are not clogged.

REPLACING THE CYLINDER

- Close the gas taps and the cylinder valve to allow the appliance to cool down before removing and
replacing the bottle.

- Do not replace the cylinder whilst the appliance is running, as it must be replaced in an environ­ment free of open flames and outdoor.

- Do not smoke during this operation.

- Unscrew the pressure regulator from the cylinder tap;

- Before fixing the pressure regulator to the cylinder, replace the regulator gasket;

- Tighten properly the pressure regulator nut on the cylinder tap threading.
