PROCEDURE:
1. REMOVE CONTENTS FROM BOX. VERIFY ALL PARTS ARE PRESENT. READ
INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE STARTING INSTALLATION.
2. From under the driver side, front of the vehicle, remove (3) factory hex flange nuts, (2 to the
outside, 1 to the inside of frame channel), securing the bumper bracket to the end of the frame
channel, (Figure 1). NOTE: Only remove the (3) factory hex nuts required to install the
Mounting Bracket.
3. Hang the driver side Frame Mounting Bracket from the (3) threaded studs, (Figure 1).
the Mounting Bracket to the bumper bracket with the included (3) 10mm Flange Nuts. Snug but
do not tighten hardware at this time.
4. Repeat Steps 2 - 3 to install the passenger side Frame Mounting Bracket.
5. With assistance, line up the ends of the Bull Bar with the (2) previously installed Frame
Mounting Brackets. Bolt the Bull Bar to the Frame Mounting Brackets with the included (2)
12mm x 50mm Hex Bolts, (2) 12mm Flat Washers and (2) 12mm Lock Washers, (Figure 2).
Snug but do not tighten hardware at this time.
6. Level and adjust Bull Bar properly and tighten all hardware, including the hardware on the
Mounting Brackets.
7. Do periodic inspections to the installation to make sure that all hardware is secure and tight.
To protect your investment, wax this product after installing. Regular waxing is recommended to
add a protective layer over the finish. Do not use any type of polish or wax that may contain abrasives
that could damage the finish.
For stainless steel: Aluminum polish may be used to polish small
scratches and scuffs on the finish.
Mild soap may be used also to clean the Bull Bar.
For gloss black finishes: Mild soap may be used to clean the Bull Bar.
