PROCEDURE:
1. REMOVE CONTENTS FROM BOX. VERIFY ALL PARTS ARE PRESENT. READ INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE STARTING INSTALLATION.
2. Start by removing front plastic skid shield from under the vehicle, using a flat tip screwdriver pry
the tabs out from the valance and remove the plastic push pins, the 3 bolts in front & the 1 bolt per side of vehicle holding the side of the plastic skid shield in the wheel wheels followed by the bolts securing the metal skid shield to vehicle towards the back of vehicle. As seen in (Fig 1 & 1A) there is also a plastic insert to be removed; this plastic insert is tucked in and above the bottom lip of the bumper this is to be removed to expose front bolts holding front of tow hook (Fig 2) shows insert install (Fig 2A) shows plastic insert removed.
3. Once skid shield is removed, starting with the Driver/Left side you will need to remove the tow & the tow hook housing as it is a two piece per side assembly, first locate and remove the large nut on the back side of tow hook (Fig 3) shows nut, with the nut removed begin to remove the two factory front bolts holding the front of the tow hook in place as seen in (Fig 3), tow hooks will slide forward out from bumper NOTE: (tow hooks will not be reattached after bull bar mount brackets are installed) with the tow hooks removed, remove the 2 bolts securing the tow hook housings to the bottom of the frame. (Fig 4) shows tow hook housing bolts to be removed.

4. Select the Driver/Left side mounting bracket from the list of parts above, with the bolts that held the tow hook housing to the frame attach the bull bar mounting bracket to the bottom of the frame rail as the tow hook housing was attached (Fig 5) shows start of brackets attached to frame rail bottom. Snug but do not tighten hardware.
5. Repeat steps 3-4 for Passenger/Right mounting bracket. Snug but do not tighten hardware.
6. With help, position the bull bar to the Mounting Brackets NOTE: brackets go to the inside of bull
bar, secure using the included (4) 10mm x 35mm Hex Head Bolts, (4) 10mm Lock Washers, (18) 10mm Flat Washers & (4) 10mm Nuts. (as seen in Fig 6) Snug but do not tighten hardware at this time.
7. Level and adjust the bull bar and tighten all hardware, with the bull bar secured begin to re-install the plastic insert behind bumper & secure skid shield with the factory fasteners.
8. Do periodic inspections to the installation to make sure that all hardware is secure and tight.
To protect your investment, wax this product after installing. Regular waxing is recommended to
add a protective layer over the finish. Do not use any type of polish or wax that may contain abrasives that could damage the finish.
For stainless steel: Aluminum polish may be used to polish small scratches and scuffs on the finish. Mild soap may be used also to clean the Product.
For gloss black finishes: Mild soap may be used to clean the Product.
