INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

PROCEDURE:
1. REMOVE CONTENTS FROM BOX. VERIFY ALL PARTS ARE PRESENT. READ INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE STARTING INSTALLATION.
2. Starting with the passenger/right side from underside of vehicle, remove the two bolts holding the passenger factory tow hook, then remove tow hook from vehicle and set aside.
3. Determine driver and passenger side Mounting Brackets. NOTE: Refer to Figure above for
bracket configuration. From behind factory bumper, slide passenger side Mounting Bracket through factory tow hook cavity, Insert factory tow hook back into frame. Secure Passenger Mounting Bracket to frame using the same bolts to install the tow hook as shown in (Fig 1). Snug but do not tighten at this time.
4. Repeat step 2-4 for driver/left side Mounting Bracket.
5. Open the hood and using a flat screw driver remove the ten push pin fasteners from plastic
shroud located on top of the radiator. Passenger/right side shown in (Fig 2) Remove plastic shroud and set aside. With the shroud removed locate the tab of the bumper on the bottom inner of the grill as shown in (Fig 3)
6. Select the passenger/right side upper bracket, NOTE: Refer to Figure above for bracket configuration. Position top bracket through the bumper and grill opening, add the 3mm shim between the bumper tab and bracket secure them using the (1) 10mm Hex bolt (2) 10mm flat washers (1) 10mm lock washer and (1) 10mm nut. As shown in (Fig 4) Snug but do not tighten at this time.
7. With help position Grille Guard on the outer side of Mounting Brackets. Align holes on the Mounting Brackets with holes on the Grille Guard. Attach Grille Guard to Mounting Bracket using the included (6) 12mm x 30mm Hex Head Bolts, (6) 12mm Nuts, and (12) 12mm Flat Washers and (6) 12mm lock washers (Fig 5). Snug but do not tighten at this time.
8. Attach Grille Guard to Top Brackets using the included (2) 10mm x 30mm Button Head Bolts, (2) 10mm Nuts, (2) 10mm lock washers and (4) 10mm Flat Washers as shown in (Fig 6). Snug but do not tighten at this time.
9. Level and adjust Grille Guard, then tighten all hardware at this time.
10. Reinstall the plastic shroud back onto vehicle with the plastic push pins.
11. Do periodic inspections to the installation to make sure that all hardware is secure and tight.
To protect your investment, wax this product after installing. Regular waxing is recommended to
add a protective layer over the finish. Do not use any type of polish or wax that may contain abrasives that could damage the finish.
For stainless steel: Aluminum polish may be used to polish small scratches and scuffs on the finish. Mild soap may be used also to clean the Product.
For gloss black finishes: Mild soap may be used to clean the Product.
