(2) LOWER MOUNTING BRACKETS (2) M10 X 30MM BUTTON HEAD BOLTS
(1) LEFT SIDE UPPER MOUNTING BRACKET (4) M10 FLAT WASHERS
(1) RIGHT SIDE UPPER MOUNTING BRACKET (6) M12 X 30MM HEX HEAD BOLTS
(2) UPPER SUPPORT BRACKETS (8) M12 SELF LOCKING NUTS
(2) M12 X 35MM BOLT PLATE (16) M12 FLAT WASHERS
(4) M18 X 30MM HEX HEAD BOLTS (2) M12 X 100MM HEX BOLTS
(6) M12 SELF LOCKING NUTS
(2) M12 FLAT WASHERS
(2) M12 HEX NUTS
(4) M8 FLAT WASHERS
PROCEDURE
1. Begin installation by removing the factory lower valance and plastic splash shield as shown in Fig. 1
place splash shield aside.
2. From underneath vehicle. Locate mounting holes in frame Fig 2a and Fig 2b. Place bracket in place as
shown and attach to frame using M12 x 100 nuts bolts and washers and the M12 bolt plates nuts and
washers through bottom of frame rail.
3. Attach and secure Upper support Bracket to vehicle as shown in Fig. 3-5 Take a minuite to review fig.3
and familiarize yourself with its mounting locations. Refer to Fig.4 for mounting to chassis.
4. Position guard to the outside of bottom brackets and secure to brackets as shown in fig. 6. Attach upper
support brackets to guard and align guard with vehicle. Fully tighten all hardware at this time.
