INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

2 8mm x 25mm Hex Bolt 2 5mm Flat washer
6 8mm Flat Washer 2 5mm Lock washer
4 8mm Lock Washer 2 5mm x 15mm x 15mm Nut plate

PROCEDURE:

1. REMOVE CONTENTS FROM BOX. VERIFY ALL PARTS ARE PRESENT. READ
INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE STARTING INSTALLATION.

2. Start by removing the removing the front license plate (Fig 1) once removed, thread the 5mm

hex bolts and the 5mm nut plates together (Fig 1A) shows assemble, take the nut plates and
place them into the square holes in the bumper by placing the longer end the square hole first
and pushing it into the hole and sliding it into place (Fig 2 & 2A) shows procedure.

3. Remove the lower factory skid shield bolts (1) per side (Fig 3) shows location of bolts
driver/left side shown, Proceed with your install by inserting (1) spacer (1) strap mount
brackets (1) 8mm x 40mm hex bolt (1) 8mm flat washer and (1) 8mm lock washer, Snug but do
not tighten hardware at this time. Repeat this step for the other side installation.

4. With assistance begin to install the Sport bar, to the strap brackets with (1) 8mm x 25mm Hex
Bolt , (2) 8mm Flat Washers, (1) 8mm lock Washer, and (1) 8mm Hex Nut. (Fig 4) shows Sport
bar attached, Repeat this step for the other side. Snug but do not tighten hardware at this time.

5. Moving to top brackets remove the license plate and secure the top brackets of the sport bar
with the supplied hardware (5) 6mm x 20mm hex bolts (2) 5mm flat washers (2) 5mm lock
washers per side. Snug but do not tighten at this time.

6. Note: Depending on your location, Vehicles may not have front license plates or hardware if
this is the case use the supplied 5mm hardware instead of the 6mm hardware.

7. Check the alignment and adjust the Sport bar as required. Tighten all mounting hardware

8. Do periodic inspections to the installation to make sure all hardware is secure and tight.

To protect your investment, wax this product after installing. Regular waxing is recommended to
add a protective layer over the finish. Do not use any type of polish or wax that may contain abrasives
that could damage the finish.

For stainless steel: Aluminum polish may be used to polish small scratches and scuffs on the finish.
Mild soap may be used also to clean the product.

For gloss black finishes: Mild soap may be used to clean the product.
