NOTE:

above. To obtain correct installation we recommend you to follow these step by step installation instructions
carefully. Please take care when installing this product to protect the finish and your investment.

Step One: Locate hardware and check contents with the hardware listed below.

8 8mm hex nut
24 8mm flat washer
16 8mm split lock washer
4 12mm x 50mm hex cap screw
4 12mm flat washer
4 12mm split lock washer
4 3”plastic rings, black
1 6L front support bracket, left side
1 6R front support bracket, right side
1 7L rear support bracket, left side
1 7R rear support bracket, right side

Step Two: Locate one 6L support bracket, four 8mm bolt, two 8mm nuts, six flat washers, two nut clips and Four
lock washers. Place nut clips in the two existing holes in the backside of the cab. Secure the brackets to the vehicle
as shown in Fig 1 using the hardware listed in this step. Do not fully tighten at this time

Step Three: Locate one 7L support bracket, four 8mm bolts, two 8mm nuts, six flat washers and four lock washers.
Place nut clips in the two existing holes in the backside of the cab. Secure the brackets to the vehicle as shown in
Fig 2. Do not fully tighten at this time

8 8mm nut clips

Step Four: Locate the left side bar, two #30 plastic rings, two 12mm bolts, two 12mm flat washers and two 12mm
lock washers. Secure the side bar and rings to the support brackets using the hardware listed in this step. (Fig #1)
Fully tighten all hardware at this time. Torque part to 30ft. lbs.

Step Five: Repeat steps two through four on opposite side of vehicle.

Be sure to use all hardware supplied and tighten all bolts.

IMPORTANT: Side bars have a 300 lb. weight capacity. To protect your investment, wax this product after
installing. Regular waxing is recommended to add a protective layer over the finish.
