INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

PROCEDURE:
1. REMOVE CONTENTS FROM BOX. VERIFY ALL PARTS ARE PRESENT. READ INSTRUCTIONS
CAREFULLY BEFORE STARTING INSTALLATION.
2. On the passenger side of the vehicle, locate the six factory threaded studs located on the side panel unde rneath
of the vehicle (Figure 1).
3. Partially attach all three passenger Side Panel Brackets to the factory threaded studs using the included (6) 8mm
Flat Washers, (6) 8mm Lock Washers, and (6) 8mm Hex Nuts (Figure 1).
4. Once all three Side Panel Brackets are partially installed, loosely attach the Sidebar Brackets on the front side of
the Side Panel Brackets using the included (6) 12mm x 30mm Hex Head Bolts, (6) 12mm Lock Washers, (6)
12mm Hex Nuts, and (6) 12mm Flat Washers. NOTE: The cradles on the Sidebar Brackets should be facing the
front of the vehicle when installed (Figure 1 & 2).
5. Position passenger Sidebar onto Brackets and attach it using the included (6) 8m m x 25mm Hex Head Bolts, (6)
8mm Lock Washers, and (6) 8mm Flat Washers (Figure 3).
6. Level and adjust Sidebar; then tighten all hardware at this time.
7. Repeat steps 2-6 for driver Sidebar.
8. Do periodic inspections to the installation to make sure that all hardware is secure and tight.
To protect your investment, wax this product after installing. Regular waxing is recommended to add a protective layer
over the finish. Do not use any type of polish or wax that may contain abrasives that could damage the finish.
For stainless steel: Aluminum polish may be used to polish small scratches and scuffs on the finish. Mild soap may be
used also to clean the Sidebar.
For gloss black finishes: Mild soap may be used to clean the Sidebar.
