PROCEDURE:
1. REMOVE CONTENTS FROM BOX. VERIFY ALL PARTS ARE PRESENT. READ INSTRUCTIONS
CAREFULLY BEFORE STARTING INSTALLATION.
2. Starting on the driver side of the vehicle, locate the tie down loop welded to the sub-frame behind the
front tire, (Figure 1).
3. Partially attach the front Mounting Bracket to the back side of the tie down loop using the included (1)
12mm x 50mm Hex Bolt, (1) 12mm Lock Washer, (2) 12mm Flat Washers and (1) 12mm Hex Nut,
(Figures 2A, 2B & 3).
4. Locate the two factory 8mm hex bolts attaching the sub-frame reinforcement bracket to the bottom of
the body. Remove only the outside mounting bolt from the bracket, (Figure 5). Bolt the flat end of the
driver side Front Support Bracket to the reinforcement bracket with the included (1) 8mm x 60mm Hex
Bolt, (1) 8mm Lock Washer and (1) 8mm Flat Washer, (Figures 5 & 6). Do not tighten hardware.
5. Move toward the rear of the vehicle. Locate and remove the two factory 10mm hex bolts attaching the
front of the rear sub-frame reinforcement bracket to the bottom of the vehicle, (Figure 7). Line up the
(2) holes in the rear Mounting Bracket and bolt in place over the factory bracket with the included (2)
10-1.25mm x 60mm Fine Thread Hex Bolts, (2) 10mm Lock Washers and (2) 10mm Flat Washers,
(Figure 8). Snug but do not tighten hardware.
6. Position the Sidebar up to the Mounting Brackets and attach it using the included (2) 1/2” x 2” Hex
Bolts, (2) 1/2” Lock Washers and (2) 1/2” Flat Washers (Figure 9 & 10). Do not tighten at this time.
NOTE: Insert the front hex bolt and washers through the slot in the bent end of the Support Bracket and
into the end of the Sidebar, (Figures 6 & 9).
7. Level and adjust the Sidebar properly and tighten all hardware at this time. (Continued)

8. Repeat steps 2 – 7 for passenger Sidebar installation.
9. Do periodic inspections to the installation to make sure that all hardware is secure and tight.
To protect your investment, wax this product after installing. Regular waxing is recommended to add a protective layer
over the finish. Do not use any type of polish or wax that may contain abrasives that could damage the finish.
For stainless steel: Aluminum polish may be used to polish small scratches and scuffs on the finish. Mild soap may be
used also to clean the Sidebar.
For gloss black finishes: Mild soap may be used to clean the Sidebar.
