PROCEDURE:
1. REMOVE CONTENTS FROM BOX. VERIFY ALL PARTS ARE PRESENT. READ INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE STARTING INSTALLATION.
(Note depending on your Vehicles year & model your mounting kit may include brackets not needed, discard these if not used).
2. Starting at the Passenger/Right side-front of the vehicle, remove the front factory body bolt &
washer.(not re-used) (Fig 1), From the list above select the Passenger/Right side front mounting bracket and secure it with (1) 12mm x 120mm Hex Bolt, (1) 12mm x 44 OD Flat Washer, (1) 12mm Lock Washers (Fig 1A). Snug but do not tighten hardware at this time.
3. Next, select the Tee Bolt from the list of parts above, and place the Bolt Plate into the opening on the Passenger/Right side bottom front frame rail (Fig 2) shows Tee Bolt placed into frame rail.
4. Select the Passenger/Right front brace bracket and Secure Brace Bracket to Tee Bolt with (1) 10mm flat washer, (1) 10mm lock washer and (1) 10mm nut. Next attach to Mounting bracket with (1) 10mm Hex Bolt, (1) 10mm flat washer, (1) 10mm lock washer and (1) 10mm nut. (Fig 2A) shows Tee bolt attached to brace bracket and sidebar. Snug but do not tighten hardware at this time.
5. Moving to the passenger/Right side rear of the vehicle, remove the rear factory body bolt, (not reĀ­used) (Fig 3), From the list above select the Passenger/Right side rear mounting bracket and secure it with (1) 12mm x 150mm Hex Bolt, (1) 12mm x 44 OD Flat Washer, (1) 12mm Lock Washers (Fig 3A) shows bracket attached. Snug but do not tighten hardware at this time.
6. Next remove the tape covering the factory oval hole in the inner body panel. Thread a Plastic Retainer onto the threaded end of a Bolt and Nut Plate; Insert the Bolt and Nut Plate into the factory hole. (Fig 4). Once the Bolt and Nut Plate is inserted, hold the Bolt end with one hand and tighten the Plastic Retainer with your other hand, (NOTE: Tighten the Plastic Retainer until it reaches the side panel.
7. Select the passenger side rear Brace Bracket. Position the Brace Bracket onto the installed Bolt and Nut Plate. Secure it with (1) 10mm Flat Washer, (1) 10mm Lock Washer and (1) 10mm Hex Nut, (Fig 5). Do not tighten at this time. Rotate the Bolt and Nut plate until the Nut end lines up with the remaining hole in the Brace Bracket and body. Thread (1) 10mm x 35mm Hex Bolt, (1) 10mm Flat Washer and (1) 10mm Lock Washer into the threaded nut. Snug but do not tighten hardware at this time.
8. Secure rear brace bracket, to the installed rear mounting bracket with (1) 10mm x 35mm hex bolt, (2) 10mm flat washers, (1) 10mm lock washers and (1) 10mm Hex Nuts, (Fig 6) shows brace bracket attached . Snug but do not tighten hardware at this time.
9. Install Sidebar to the mounting brackets with (2) 12mm x 60mm hex bolt, (2) 12mm lock washer, and (2) 12mm flat washer. (Fig 7) shows Mounting Bracket attached, Snug but do not tighten hardware at this time.

10. Level and align Sidebar properly; then tighten all hardware at this time.
11. Repeat steps 2-7 for driver Sidebar.
12. Do periodic inspections to the installation to make sure all hardware is secure and tight.
To protect your investment, wax this product after installing. Regular waxing is recommended to
add a protective layer over the finish. Do not use any type of polish or wax that may contain abrasives that could damage the finish.
For stainless steel: Aluminum polish may be used to polish small scratches and scuffs on the finish. Mild soap may be used also to clean the Sidebar.
For gloss black finishes: Mild soap may be used to clean the Sidebar.
