PROCEDURE:
1. REMOVE CONTENTS FROM BOX. VERIFY ALL PARTS ARE PRESENT. READ INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE STARTING INSTALLATION.
2. Starting on the driver side of the vehicle, remove factory bolts and keep on hand (Figure 1 references the area of bolt location).
3. Partially attach driver side Mounting Bracket to frame rail using factory bolts (Figure 1).
4. Repeat steps 2 & 3 for passenger side Mounting Bracket.
5. Open and lift hood, locate the inside factory hole on the driver side support (Figure 2). These are located on each side of the grille shell cavity.
6. Insert the top bracket to the factory hole with the nut facing the ground and L portion of bracket towards
the sky. Attached the bracket to vehicle’s factory hole with 8MM bolt, lock washer, and washer (note bottom side of bracket has nut attached). See photo (Figure 3).
7. Repeat step 6 for passenger side Top Bracket.
8. With help position Grille Guard on the inside of the Mounting Brackets. Use the included (6) 12mm x
30mm Hex Head Bolts, (6) 12mm Nylock Nuts, and (6) 12mm Flat Washers to attach Grille Guard to Mounting Brackets (Figure 4). Do not tighten at this time.
9. Attach Grille Guard to Top Brackets using the included (2) 10mm x 25mm Button Head Bolts, (2) 10mm Nylock Nuts, and (2) 10mm Flat Washers (Figure 5).
10. Adjust Grille Guard properly; and then tighten all hardware at this time.

11. Do periodic inspections to the installation to make sure that all hardware is secure and tight.
To protect your investment, wax this product after installing. Regular waxing is recommended to add a
protective layer over the finish. Do not use any type of polish or wax that may contain abrasives that could damage the finish. For stainless steel: Aluminum polish may be used to polish small scratches and scuffs on the finish. Mild soap may be used also to clean the Grille Guard. For gloss black finishes: Mild soap may be used to clean the Grille Guard.
