INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

PROCEDURE:
1. REMOVE CONTENTS FROM BOX. VERIFY ALL PARTS ARE PRESENT. READ INSTRUCTIO NS
CAREFULLY BEFORE STARTING INSTALLATION.
2. Begin installation by working on driver side front of the vehicle.

3. From underneath truck, loosen and remove body mount bolts that run upward through mounts into
floorboard. Do not remove bushings, Attach and secure Front Mount Bracket to underside of vehicles
front body mount using factory body mount bolts. Leave loose for adjustment later. Attach Front
Support Bracket using (2) 10mm x 30mm hex head bolt with corresponding washers & nuts , leave
loose at this time.
4. Attach and secure Rear Mount Bracket to underside of vehicles rear body mount in same manner as
the front, also leave loose for adjustment later. Attach Rear Support Bracket to rear of bracket and side
bar using (1) 12mm x 50mm hex head bolts with corresponding washers, leave loose at this time.(Note
Drilling will be required on Frame to attach Rear Support Bracket attach using (1) 10mm x 30mm Hex
Head Bolt with corresponding nut and washers)
5. Carefully position Driver Side Bar onto Mounting Brackets. Attach Side Bar to Mounting Brackets using
the included (2) 12mm x 50mm Hex Head Bolts, (2) 12mm Lock Washers, and (2) 12mm Flat Washers.
Snug but do not tighten at this time.
6. Level and adjust Side Bar, then tighten all hardware at this time.
7. Repeat steps 2-6 for passenger Side Bar.
8. Do periodic inspections to the installation to make sure that all hardware is secure and tight.
To protect your investment, wax this product after installing. Regular waxing is recommended to add a
protective layer over the finish. Do not use any type of polish or wax that may contain abrasives that could
damage the finish.
For stainless steel: Aluminum polish may be used to polish small scratches and scuffs on the finish. Mild
soap may be used also to clean the Products.
For gloss black finishes: Mild soap may be used to clean the Products.
