INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

Read and understand instructions completely before beginning installation.

Sidebar set consists of a driver and passenger sidebar. Be sure to

determine the correct side before installation.

To install front mounting bracket, locate the factory bolt that is located on

the floor inside the cab of the vehicle in front of driver’s seat beneath the

carpet. Then remove the patch that covers the bolt. Replace the factory bolt

with the M12 x 100mm hex head bolt. Place front mounting bracket and

M12 x 100mm hex head bolt

½” Flat washer

½” Lock washer

½” Hex nut

M12 Hex nut

Ratchet

secure to the bolt using ½” flat and lock washers and M12 hex nut. Leave

loose.

STEP 4:

To install rear mounting bracket, place the rear auxiliary mounting bracket

between the rail of chassis and the rear mounting support. Secure rear

mounting bracket to auxiliary mounting bracket using ½” flat & lock washers

and hex nuts. Leave hardware loose.

STEP 5:

Place the sidebar up to the mounting brackets and bolt to the mounting

brackets using ½” x 1 ½” hex head bolt, flat and lock washer. Leave loose.

Make any final adjustments to the alignment of the sidebar and tighten all

bolts. Repeat for the opposite side.

You may need to periodically re-tighten the bolts.

THE COMPOUNDS SCRATCH THE FINISH AND OPEN IT TO CORROSION.
