PROCEDURE:
1. REMOVE CONTENTS FROM BOX. VERIFY ALL PARTS ARE PRESENT. READ INSTRUCTIONS
CAREFULLY BEFORE STARTING INSTALLATION.
2. Starting on the driver side of the vehicle, through bumper intake locate the three factory holes in the bottom of the
radiator support and insert one of the 12mm Double Nut Plates trough the inside square hole and oriented to
small round hole (Figure 1).
3. Partially hang driver side Mounting Bracket to already inserted Double Nut Plate by using the included (2) 12mm
x 35mm Hex Head Bolts, (2) 12mm Flat Washer, and (2) 12mm Lock Washer (Figure 2). Do not tighten at this
time.
4. Repeat steps 1 & 2 for passenger side.
5. With help position the Grille Guard up to the outside of Mounting Brackets. Begin to secure the grill guard to the
mount bracket with the included (6) 12mm x 35mm Hex Head Bolts, (6) 12mm Lock Washers, (6) 12mm Hex
Nuts, and (12) 12mm Flat Washers, Snug but do not tighten at this time.
6. Adjust the Grille Guard properly, and then tighten all hardware.
7. Do periodic inspections to the installation to make sure that all hardware is secure and tight.
To protect your investment, wax this product after installing. Regular waxing is recommended to add a protective layer
over the finish. Do not use any type of polish or wax that may contain abrasives that could damage the finish.
For stainless steel: Aluminum polish may be used to polish small scratches and scuffs on the finish. Mild soap may be
used also to clean the Grille Guard.
For gloss black finishes: Mild soap may be used to clean the Grille Guard.
