Important - Please read these instructions fully before starting assembly
Warning: This unit weighs approximately 21kgs. Please lift with care.
• Check you have all the components and tools listed on pages 1, 2 and 3.
• Remove all fittings from the plastic bags and separate them into their groups.
• Keep children and animals away from the work area, small parts could choke if swallowed.
• Make sure you have enough space to layout the parts before starting.
• Do not stand or put weight on the product, this could cause damage.
• Assemble the item as close to its final position (in the same room) as possible.
• Assemble on a soft level surface to avoid damaging the unit or your floor (use opened out unit carton).
• We do not recommend the use of power drill/drivers for
inserting screws, as this could damage the unit. Only use hand screwdrivers.
Safety note: If there is any chance of this unit being pulled over by children etc. it is recommended that the unit is secured to a wall using suitable fixings (not supplied).
• Dispose of all packaging carefully and responsibly.

Care and maintenance
• Only clean using a damp cloth and mild detergent, do no use bleach or abrasive cleaners.
• From time to time check that there are no loose screws on this unit.
• This product should not be discarded with household waste. Take to your local authority waste disposal centre.
Note: If required the next page can be cut out and used as reference throughout the assembly. Keep this page with these instructions for future reference.

Prepare the drawer front
Screw 2 large metal dowels into the holes shown on the back of the drawer front .
Note: Tighten metal dowels up fully against the panels.

Prepare the drawer sides
Insert a small locking nut into the hole shown on the left drawer side and right drawer side .
Note: Arrow on locking nut must point towards hole in edge of panel.

Note: Due to the manufacturing process, the holes for the locking nut can be on either surface of the drawer sides.
Step 3
Attach the drawer sides to the drawer front
Push the left drawer side . and right drawer side . onto the back of the drawer front .
Turn the small locking nuts on the left drawer side and right drawer side .
Note: Turn the locking nuts clockwise to secure panels - more than 1/2 a turn.

Fit the drawer base
Slide the drawer base down the grooves in the drawer sides and and down into the groove in the drawer front .

Fit the drawer back
Fit the drawer back between the drawer sides and .
Make sure that the drawer base fits into the groove in the drawer back .
Hold the drawer back in position and tap the knock-in pegs through the holes in the drawer sides and .

Attach the handle
Attach the handle to the drawer front using screws .

Fit runners to the drawers
Fit the runner to the bottom edge of the left drawer side , as shown, making sure that it is pushed up against the back of the drawer front . Use a bradawl to mark the fixing positions, then secure with 2 screws .
Fit the runner to the bottom edge of the right drawer side using the same method.

Fit the wedgefixes
Turn the drawer assembly over.
Slide 3 wedgefixes into the small groove located on the back of the drawer front and 3 into the small groove in the drawer back .
Once in place, tighten up the screws in the wedgefixes .

Prepare the right side
a: Fit runner to the
right side .

Prepare the upright
Gently tap the 2 mini blocks into the holes on the upright , orientated as shown.

Prepare the top
Screw 4 small metal dowels into the holes in the top .
Note: Tighten metal dowels up fully against the panels.
Position the upright so that the screws from the mini blocks are over the holes in the top . .
Tighten up the screws in the 2 mini blocks into the holes in the top .

Join the top and right side
Push the right side onto the top .
The 2 small metal dowels . fitted to the top must slide into the top of the 2 hollow core locking nuts fitted to the right side . .
Insert a screwdriver into the 2 hollow core locking nuts and turn the nuts inside as far as they will go.

Note: Wooden dowels must not stick out from the edge by more than 10mm or they may damage other panels.

Fit the 2 plinths
Push the plinths onto the right side .
Use a screwdriver to tighten the large locking nut fitted to each plinth .
Note: Turn the large locking nuts as far as they will go - more than 1/2 a turn.

Fit the left side
Push the left side onto the assembly as shown.
Slide the 2 small metal dowels fitted to the top into the top of the 2 hollow core locking nuts fitted to the left side .
Insert a screwdriver into the 2 hollow core locking nuts and turn the nuts inside as far as they will go.
Use a screwdriver to tighten the 2 large locking nuts fitted to the shelf and the one fitted to each plinth .

Fit the shelf to the upright
Attach the shelf to the upright using 2 screws .

The measurement from top corner X to bottom corner X must be
equal to the measurement from top corner Y to bottom corner Y

Fit the foldy back
a: Square up the unit by
making sure that measurement x to x
equals y to y.
b: Place the 2 backs
. down onto the unit and push them up against the sides. The gap left in the centre is for cable management.
Tap 4 nails along the top and 4 nails along the bottom of each of the 2 backs .
Note: Nails should try to be spaced out evenly.

Slide the wheels of the runners fitted to the drawer over the wheels of the runners fitted to the side panels and push the drawer into position.

Secure the backs to the shelf
Carefully measure and mark the centre of the shelf’s back edge along the 2 back panels.
Nail the 2 back panels . to the shelf using the line you have drawn to avoid damaging the shelf.
Stand the unit up for the next step.
