Safety and Care Advice
Important - Please read these instructions fully before starting assembly
• Warning: This unit weighs
approximately 35kgs.
Please lift with care.
• Check you have all the
components and tools listed on
pages 2 and 3.
• Remove all fittings from the
plastic bags and separate them
into their groups.
• Keep children and animals
away from the work area, small
parts could choke if swallowed.
• Parts of the assembly will be
easier with 2 people.
Care and maintenance
• Make sure you have enough
space to layout the parts before
starting.
• Do not stand or put weight on
the product, this could cause
damage.
• Assemble the item as close to
its final position (in the same
room) as possible.
• Assemble on a soft level
surface to avoid damaging the
unit or your floor (use opened
out unit carton).
• We do not
recommend the
use of power
drill/drivers for
inserting screws,
as this could damage the unit.
Only use hand screwdrivers.
• Safety note: To prevent
possible overbalancing this unit
must be secured to a wall
using the 2 overbalance
protector kits supplied or, an
alternative fixing method of
your choice.
• Dispose of all packaging
carefully and responsibly.
• Only clean using a damp cloth
and mild detergent, do no use
bleach or abrasive cleaners.
• From time to time check that
there are no loose screws on
this unit.
• This product should not be
discarded with household
waste. Take to your local
authority waste disposal centre.
Note: If required the next page
can be cut out and used as
reference throughout the
assembly. Keep this page with
these instructions for future
reference.

Prepare the 2 end
panels
Insert 4 minifix nuts
into both of the end
panels .
Note: The arrow on the
minifix nuts must point
towards the hole in the
edge of the panel.

Prepare the 3 shelves
Gently tap 8 long
wooden dowels into
each shelf until they
‘’bottom out’’.

Fit 2 shelves to an
end panel
Push 2 of the shelves
down onto an end panel

Now carefully lay the
unit onto its side.

Fit a divider

Position a divider
between the 2 shelves .

wooden dowels

Fit another divider
Carefully turn the unit
back onto its end
panel.
Push a divider onto
the shelf .
Note: Support this
divider until the final shelf
has been fitted in the
next step.

Fit the final shelf
Push the shelf down
onto the end panel .
Gently tap 4 long
wooden dowels
through the holes in the
shelf and into the

Fit the 2 overbalance
protector kits
Important: A bracket
must be fitted on both
sides of the unit and they
must be at least 25mm in
from the end panels.
To prevent possible
overbalancing this unit
must be secured to a
suitable wall by fitting of
the 2 overbalance
protector kits to the
unit, or an alternative
fixing method of your
choice.
