Take the two bench ends
and slide a slat into the
chanels and fix in the middle
position using bolt flat
washer , spring washer
and nut .
Then slide in the rest of the
slats working outwards using
bolts flat washers , spring
washers and nut .

Then use nut covers to
cover the nuts on the bench,s
back.
Take the centre support bar
and line up the holes with each
slat. Make a pilot hole and fix
with woodscrews .(See fig.3)
Using bolts ,washers ,
spring washer and nuts ,
fix the side support bar to the
bench end and .
Then screw the other end of the
support bar to the slat using a
bradawl to make a pilot hole for
woodscrew .(See fig.3)
