We hereby certify that the Product is fully compliant with the EU Directive 2011/65/EU on Restriction of the use of certain
Hazardous Substances in electrical and electronic equipment (RoHS).
We also certify that the Product fulfills REACH Regulation of Directive EC/1907/2006, i.e. our product & packing do not contain
SVHC, or if there is SVHC, the content is less than the 0.1% (wt/wt) as defined by REACH listed in ECHA website.
The Product does not utilize any intentionally added polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon additives. Extractable polycyclic aromatic
hydrocarbons, such as those mentioned in EC Directive 2005/69/EC, are not normally expected to be present in the Product at
concentrations exceeding 10ppm.
The present declaration certifies the conformity with above two directives as of the day of signature, any revision of the
directives released afterwards is not covered.
