STANDARD FEATURES
■ Advanced programmable recipe dryer for short pastas, pastina & long noodles.
■ Panels are manufactured with insulated polyurethane foam coated with PVC.
Stainless steel panels are optional and available upon request.
■ Drying cycle is regulated by a pre-programmed recipe touch pad controlling;
ventilation, temperature, humidity along with air intake and exhaust.
■ The heaters and fans generate a flow of hot air that moves through the product.
■ Fans control the temperature and humidity so that the product dries from the
inside out by osmosis for perfect instellation.
■ Factory and on-location training—the only full–service pasta machine
manufacturer in North America
