Congratulations on your acquisition of the Aragon 8008 Balanced Dual Mono Amplifier.

The 8008 Balanced is a state-of-the-art component. Years of dedicated research. extensive
testing. and engineering refinement went Into this Aragon exclusive.

Aragon components offer unparalleled flexibility and performance to the discriminating
music lover. Your 8008 Balanced Incorporates many advanced design and construction
features Into a superbly crafted amplifier.

We recommend playing your 8008 Balanced a minimum of 24 hours before performing
any critical listening. We do understand that most of you will not wait that long. Therefore.
please note that your 8008 Balanced will improve sonicly over the course of the first week H the
amplifier Is left on. During this time. you will notice the sound from your 8008 Balanced will
become richer. warmer and more open. After this first week of break-in the high current bias of
the 8008 Balanced will allow the amplifier to reach It's proper operating temperature within 20
minutes from turn on. From this point forward we strongly recommend that you turn the
amplifier OFF when not listening to music.

Your new 8008 Balanced Dual Mono Amplifier was diligently hand-crafted. thoroughly
tested and carefully packed at our factory In California. USA. In the unlikely event that your

8008 Balanced is damaged during shipment. be sure to save the carton as evidence for the

freight carriers' Inspection and call your authorized dealer Immediately. We strongly

recommend that you always save the box and packing materials should you have to transport
your 8008 Balanced for any reason. This Is a particularly good Idea if you wish to take full
advantage of any future upgrades or options.

1. POWER ON/OFF

This rocker switch turns the A/C power

ON (press top) or OFF (press bottom.)

2. POWER INDICATOR

This light will be on whenever the 8008

Balanced is In the on position.

3. RIGHT BAI.ANCED INPUT

This Is the input for the right channel

when using an XLR balanced source.

4. RIGHT SINGLE ENDED INPUT

This is the Input for the right channel
when using an RCA single ended
channel source.

5. RIGHT SPEAKER OUTPUT "+"

These are the" +" outputs for the right

channel speaker.

6. RIGHT SPEAKER OUTPUT "."

These are the "-" outputs for the right
channel speaker.

7. LEFT BALANCED INPUT

This is the Input for the left channel when

using an XLR balanced source.

8. LEFT SINGLE ENDED INPUT

This is the input for the left channel when

using an RCA single ended channel

source.

9. LEFT SPEAKER OUTPUT "+"

These are the" +. outputs for the left

channel speaker.

10. LEFT SPEAKER OUTPUT "."

These are the "-" outputs for the left

channel speaker.

11. A/C POWER CONNECTOR

This 3 prong connector is for the A/C

power input.

12. LINE FUSE HOLDER

This is the A/C fuse protection holder.
