Attach Upper Cabinet Assembly to Lower Cabinet Assembly using 4 pcs Allen Head Bolts
(H13), 4 pcs Flat Washer (H14) and 4 pcs Phillips Flat Head Bolts (H1)
See Figure 10. Tighten, but do Not over tighten or strip our H14 & H1 Bolts.
