Model 2200P pH analyzer/controller is a dependable industrial grade instrument designed for controlling rising and falling pH in the most demanding environments.
Extremely easy to operate with a large bright LED display and intuitive user inter face, this microprocessor-based analyzer/controller is packaged in a NEMA 4X berglass reinforced polyester enclosure and used in a wide variety of industrial and municipal applications.
Frequently used functions are accessed through an intuitive step-through menu printed directly on the front panel for ease of navigation. Pressing the MENU key scrolls through the menu, illuminating a small LED beside the selected item and displaying the stored value. Arrow keys are used to change the value. Seldom used adjustments such as the temperature unit are set using DIP switches on the back of the swingout front panel.
INPUTS
The 2200P accepts two types of pH probes, the AquaMetrix P60 Series Differential (three electrode) pH probe and conventional combination pH probes.
CALIBRATION
Calibration is fast and easy. Press the MENU key until the CALIBR ATION LED illuminates. Place the probe in a buffer solution. Use the arrow keys to set the value. Press ENTER twice. Repeat the process for the second
bufer solution. The 2200P is now calibrated.

OUTPUTS
Model 2200P provides three analog outputs, 4 -20 mA, 0 -5 VDC and 0-1 mA.
Each control relay has an independent cycle timer, with easy to adjust Cycle On and Cycle Off times. This feature enables a tighter control of batch processes by eliminating chemical overshoot.
Control Relay A has a manual override which places the relay in the AUTO, OFF, or ON mode. This feature enables the operator to override the controller from the front panel, turning the relay on and off. This is a useful feature when servicing auxiliar y devices.
An alarm relay has both high and low setpoints with a xed deadband. When any relay is energized, a corresponding LED on the front panel is illuminated, clearly indicating alarm conditions and if auxilliary devices are energized.
DIAGNOSTICS
A self-diagnostics program clearly indicates any system errors or faults by turning the STATUS LED on the front panel from green to red. The operator then scrolls through the menu to STATUS to determine the fault code. The Manual indicates the source and likely remedy for the fault. When the status fault is corrected the STATUS LED will turn back to green.
ENCLOSURE
Model 2200D is packaged in a rugged NEMA 4X berglass reinforced polyester enclosure. It is ideally suited for heavy-duty outdoor applications such as municipal and industrial wastewater applications.
