Manufactured by our sister company, APW Wyott,
GHP and GHPS gas hobs have been designed to
deliver high performance and increased heat output.
2, 4 or 6 burner models are available with a choice of
flat or stepped plates. Each burner delivers up to 8.8
KW (30,000 BTU/H).
Temperature is fully controllable via smooth action
control knobs and optimum cooking temperatures
are achieved swiftly after start up. A front panel
aperture provides easy access to the pilot light.
The hobs are manufactured in stainless steel with
cast iron burners for durability. A front extension
panel protects operators from burns and a
bottom mounted pan collects grease. Supplied
with 100mm adjustable legs, the hobs may be
countertop mounted or located on complementary
stainless steel Cookline stands. The modules may be
easily multiplexed with other equipment from the
APW Wyott Cookline range to create in-line kitchen
configurations.
