5. INSTALLATION
A. Always clean equipment thoroughly before first use (See cleaning instructions).
B. Provide the following clearances around foodwarmer:
1. Single model minimum dist ance to non-combustible surface below = 4 t o 10. Dual model
minimum dist ance to non-combustible surface below = 8 t o 14. For combustible surface,
inst all the single and dual not closer than 13-1/2 to surface below .
2. Minimum dist ance to side (end) walls = 2.
3. Minimum dist ance to back walls = 2.
4. Minimum dist ance to ceiling = 1.
C. Consult foodwarmer rating label for model designation and correct operating volt age and
amperage.
D. Ceiling mounting bracket s are provided with each foodwarmer for chain or shelf mounting.
Remove bracket s from p ackaging and screws from ends of foodwarmer to att ach bracket s.
Use four #10 screws or studs with locknut s for shelf mounting. For chain mounting, use #14 jack
chain and S hooks.
E.
F . Optional tubular st ands are available for permanently mounting foodwarmers to non-combustible
G . Optional port able legs are available for foodwarmers for use over non-combustible countertop s.
Remote switches are recommended. Longer switch life will result from cooler switch mounting
locations. Optional st ainless steel remote unit s with 36 inch conduit are available. Inst allation of
remote box by service personnel requires 14 A W G copper wires suit able for at least 90°C. Mount
