Manufactured by our sister company, APW Wyott,
EG electric griddles have been designed to deliver
high performance and increased heat output. The
range includes models in three different sizes.
Temperature is fully controllable via smooth action
control knobs and optimum cooking temperatures
are achieved swiftly after start up. The 20mm flat
polished, rolled steel griddle plate is suitable for
cooking a wide variety of food.
The griddles are manufactured in stainless steel
with a polished steel griddle plate for durability.
A front extension panel protects operators from
burns. Additional features include a 75mm splash
back on three sides, front grease trough and a
bottom mounted grease collection pan. Supplied
with 100mm adjustable legs, the griddles may be
countertop mounted or located on complementary
stainless steel Cookline stands. The modules may be
easily multiplexed with other equipment from the
APW Wyott Cookline range to create in-line kitchen
configurations.
