Sunspot & Sunscreen Air Curtains

The Sunspot and Sunscreen range of fan assisted
hot air curtains, designed for installation above
external doors, effectively combats incoming cool
air. The Sunscreen can also run cold, forming a
barrier against dust and giving a cool refreshing
breeze in Summer.

Sunfan Wall Mounted Fan Heater

The Sunfan is a robust 3kW high volume air
throughput commercial/industrial wall mounted fan
heater designed to provide highly efficient heating
in winter, or cool air circulation in Summer.

Installation

When planning a Radiant Heating installation,
refer to Table 1 to select the application and type
of environment you wish to heat.

Table 2 shows the area that can be heated by a
single Sunslim Radiant Heater in 3kW and 2kW
variants.

Note: Heating areas can be overlapped to
achieve the necessary heating index.

Sunquartz Infra-red Heaters

This automatic controller, which senses
movement by passive infra-red techniques,
will automatically switch on the Sunquartz
whenever movement is detected within its
range. The heater will remain switched on
for a preset time after the last movement
is detected and then will switch off
automatically. The unit is suitable for
220V/240V single phase operation and will
switch 500W-6000W of heaters.

Soft start circuitry is incorporated to reduce
the inrush current allowing cables and
fusegear to be rated as for resistive loads and
extending lamp life. The unit is wall mounted
and its passive infra-red sensor must face
the same directional plane as the heater. The
P I R range is adjustable and a temperature
hold off facility will inhibit operation when
ambient temperatures exceed a value selected
between 10° and 20°C.
