Dévisser à l’aide d’un tournevis



Dévisser et retirer le bouchon d’optique



• Warning : Do not open where hazardous area may be present.

 Place the red slide switch in the off position

Unscrew with a flat screwdriver



Loosen and remove the optical housing



 Roten Schalter in “Aus’’ - Stellung (ARRET) bringen
 Mit einem Schraubenzieher Schraube bis zum Anschlag aufdrehen
 Leuchtenkopf abschrauben und entfernen

• Cuidado: Não abra onde áreas explosivas podem estar presentes

 Coloque o interruptor vermelho na posição OFF
 Desparafuse utilizando uma chave de fenda plana
 Solte e retire o invólucro óptico

• Mise en place des piles

• Fitting batteries

• Encaixando as baterias

• Introduire les piles après en avoir vérifié les plots de contact.
N’utiliser que des piles R20 modèles C, P, S ou des piles types LR20 (alcalines) selon
CEI 600 86.2.

• Fit the batteries after checking the contacts and positions.
Use only R20 batteries type C, P, S or LR20 alkaline batteries in accordance with
IEC 600 86.2.

• Nach Überprüfung der Kontakte und deren Stellung (+ und -) Batterien einlegen.
Nur Batterien R20 Typ C, P, S oder LR20 (alkalische) entsprechend TEC 600 86.2
verwenden.

• Encaixe as baterias após verificar os contatos e as posições
Utilize apenas baterias R20 tipo C,P,S ou bateria alcalina LR20 em conformidade com o IEC
600 86.2.

- degré d’étanchéité des enveloppes.

• Pour toute composition, réparation, modification, la certification CENELEC ou C.E.I.

obtenue impose l’utilisation de composants ATX.

• Ne procéder à aucune opération de perçage sur les enveloppes, celle-ci effectuée

sans notre accord formel nous dégagerait de toutes responsabilité.

FORMATION DES INTERVENANTS

Le matériel pour atmosphères explosibles ATEX ne doit être mis en oeuvre que par du
personnel habilité et compétent dans le domaine.

INSTALLATION - MAINTENANCE

• A minimum protective rating of (IP66/68) must be ensured at all times in the enclosure,
nd for this reason the noeprene seals must never be allowed to deteriorate.

• The safety regulations must be rigourously applied before any repair work is begun.

• Before installation is begun, the following must be checked to verify that the equipment is

suitable for the particular conditions of use :

- the degree of sealing of the enclosure

• The CENELEC or l.E.C. certification stipulates the use of ATX elements for the composition,

repair and modification of installations.

• Do not start any drilling of the enclosure. Doing this without our express agreement

clears us of all responsibility.

AUTHORIZED PEOPLE

ATEX approved electrical Equipment must only be installed and assembled by authorised
and capable persons for that site.

ALLGEMEINES

• Die Geräte dürfen nur in den explosions-gefährdeten Bereichen eingesekt werden, deren
Explosionsgruppe und Temperatur-klasse der Zulassung entspricht.

MONTAGE - WARTUNG

• Die Dichtungen müssen stets in gutem Zustand erhalten werden, damit immer der
Mindestschutzgrad (IP66/68) einge halten wird.

• Vor jeglichem Eingriff in explosions-geschützte Betriebs mittel müssen die
Sicherheitsvorschriften sorgfaltig beachtet werden.

• Vor der Montage muß geprüft werden, ob die Geräte den Betriebsbedingungen
entsprechen :

- Schutzgrad der Gehäuse

• Bei Zusammenseken mehrerer Telle zu einem Ganzen, bei Reparaturen oder bei Umbau
dürfen nur ATX-Ersatzteile verwendet werden, um die Schutzart aufrecht zu erhalten.

• Nicht in die Gehäuse-Außenwandungen bohren. Für ohne unsere formelle
Zustimmung angebrachte Bohrungen übernehmen wir keinerlei Haftung.

SCHULUNG VON ELEKTROINSTALLATEUREN

Die ATEX Produkte fûr Explsionsgefährdete bereiche sollen nur von entsprechend
geschultem Fachpersonal installiert werden.

CARACTERISTICAS GENERALES

• Se debe utilizar únicamente en las zonas donde existan materias explosivas cuyo grupo

de explosión y temperatura de auto-inflamación sean compatibles con la certificación
obtenida.

INSTALACION - MANTENIMIENTO

• El indice de protección de la envolvente (IP66/68) mÍnimo debe estar permanentemente

asegurado, para ello los ele mentos de estanqueidad deben mantenerse en buen estado.

• Antes de cualquier intervención en los equipos, conviene respetar escrupulosamente las

indicationes relativas a la seguridad.

• En el momento de la instalación, hay que verificar que el material se adapta a las

condiciones de trabajo :

- grado de estanqueidad de las envolventes.

• Para cualquier composición, reparación, modificación, la certificación obtenida CENELEC

or C.E.I. impone la utilización de componentes ATX.

• No efectuar ninguna operación de perforación sobre las cubiertas, si las mismas se

efectuaran sin nuestro acuerdo formal, nos eximiría de cualquier responsabilidad.

FORMACION DE LAS PERSONAS QUE INTERVIENEN

El material para atmósferas conriesgo de explosión solo debe empleacse por el personal
habilitado y competente enel.
