INSTALLATION - MAINTENANCE

• Zur Aufrechterhaltung der explosionsgeschütztenEigenschaften der Betriebsmittel muss vor
Inbetriebnahmeüberprüftwerden ob alle Befestigungschrauben des Deckels und alle
Kabelverschraubungen fest angezogen sind.

• Die Profilanschlüsse müssen sauber und eingefettet sein.

• Die Geräte werden mit eingefetteten Anschlußflächen geliefert.Nachdem Einbau müssen diese durch
Nachfetten in ordnungsgemäßen Zustand gehalten werden. Hierzu ist ein aushärtendes Antikorrosionsfett zu
verwenden.

• Gli apparecchi vengono forniti con i piani di giunto lubrificati. Eí necessario, quando líapparecchio Ë
installato mantenerlo in un buono stato lubrificandolo. Utilizzare un grasso non indurente e
anticorrosione.

• Per i giunti dei piani e al momento dellíincastro delle scatole e dei cofanetti, utilizzare un grasso
multiuso, temperatura díutilizzo - 30 / + 130 °C, tipo Antar multiusi, Elf multi, Elf epexelf, Loctite
GR125.

• Per i giunti dei piani e al momento dellíincastro delle luminarie, utilizzare paste al silicone,
temperatura díutilizzo -40 / +200 °C, tipo RhÙne-Poulenc Rhodorsil 408...

• Per i giunti filettati, utilizzare un grasso minerale grafitato, temperatura díutilizzo - 30°/150 °C, tipo
Loctite GR135, Molydal M03.

• Prima di ogni intervento su attrezzature, conviene rispettare scrupulosamente le indicazioni relative
alla sicurezza.

• Gli orifici non utilizzati devono imperativamente essere otturati mediante tappi di otturazione.

• Per ogni composizione, riparazione, modifica, la certificazione CENELEC o C.E.I. ottenuta impone
líutilizzo dei componenti ATX.

• Non procedere a nessuna operazione di perforazione e lavorazione sugli involucri
antideflagranti. Ogni operazione effettuata senza il nostro formale accordo ci libererebbe da ogni
responsabilità.

• All'atto di operazioni di sistemazione o di cambiamento di funzione delle teste di comando e di
segnalazione, è imperativo rispettare le indicazioni delle istruzioni specifiche a tali accessori.

EDUCAZIONE DEGLI INTERVENIENTI :

Il materiale per atmosferi esplosivi ATEX dove essere istallato soltanto da æpersone dichiarate capaci
e competenti nella manutenzione e l'istallazione di questo tipo di materiale.

INSTALAÇÃO – MANUTENÇÃO

• O grau de proteção da caixa deve ser selecionado de acordo com a área de instalação.

• Para assegurar que o material mantenha-seà prova de explosão, antes da utilização do produto,

verificarse todos os parafusos de fixação da tampa e passagens de cabos estão devidamente apertados.

• As juntas deslizantes devemestar limpas e lubrificadas

• Os equipamentos são fornecidos com as juntas planaslubrificadas. Uma vez que o equipamento é

instalado,é necessário mantê-lo em boas condições, atravésde lubrificação. Utilizeum lubrificante não
endurecedor e anti-corrosivo.

• Para juntas planase juntas de encaixedascaixas: graxa multiuso, temperatura de trabalho de

-30°Cà + 130°C. ex.: Antar multiuso. Elf multi, Elf expexelf, Loctite GR125.

• Para juntas planase encaixedasluminárias: silicone, temperatura de trabalho de -40°C à + 200°C, ex.:
Rhone-Poulenc,Rhodorsil408,etc.

• Para juntas rosqueadas: graxa grafitemineral , temperatura de trabalho-30°C à + 150. ex.: Loctite
GR 135, MolydalM03.

• Antes da execução de qualquer trabalho no equipamento, as instruções de segurança citadas devem
ser cuidadosamente observadas.

• As entradas de cabos não utilizadas devemser seladas com bujões.

• A certificação CENELECou I.E.C.determina a utilizaçãode componentesda ATX para a composição,
reparo e modificação de instalações.

• Não perfure ou usine as caixas. Não nos responsabilizamospor operações executadassem o nosso
consentimento.

• Ao instalar ou alterara função de controle e sinalização, as instruções específicas fornecidasparaestes
acessórios devem ser respeitadas.

PESSOAL AUTORIZADO

Os equipamentos elétricos aprovados pela ATEX devem ser instalados e montadossomente por profis­sional autorizado e capacitado para aquele local.
