Applications
• A2 type brass indoor and outdoor cable gland for use with all
types of unarmored and exterior braid armor with protective
sheath cable providing mechanical cable retention and an
environmental seal on the cable outer sheath.
Features
• Designed and tested to BS 6121: Part 1: 1989, meets and
surpasses the requirements of EN 50262:1999.
• Brass grade CuZn39Pb3 (CW614N) to EN12168.
• Continuous operating temperature range: -60 °C to +130 °C
(-76 °F to +266 °F).
• Cable type: unarmored.
• Sealing technique - Displacement seal concept.
• Sealing area(s) - outer sheath.
Options
• Aluminum: replace last digit 5 with 1
• 316L stainless steel: replace last digit 5 with 4
