Setting Up Your Zona Speakers
Configuring Zona as a Wireless Surround Speaker
Configuring Zona as a Wireless Computer Speaker
Setting up your new wireless speakers is a breeze! Simply plug the power adapters into the rear of each speaker and then into a power outlet. Then plug the included Wireless Transmitter into a wall outlet using the supplied adapter and hook it up to the Surround Pre-Out of your receiver using the supplied 1/8” Stereo Mini to L/R RCA Cable.
Once both the Transmitter and the Speakers are plugged in, their LED link lights will blink and turn solid. Once they’re solid, they have established a strong wireless connection and you’re ready to rock and roll!
Other Uses
Zona Wireless Speakers aren’t limited to use as wireless surrounds. You can also use them as wireless speakers around your home. Just plug any source into the Transmitter, plug it in to a power outlet, and enjoy!

Zona Remote Control
We’ve made it easy to adjust the sound of your Zona speakers with this simple remote control that lets you fine-tune your sound to your tastes, right at your fingertips!
You can control Volume, Bass and Treble, Mute your surrounds, and switch them On and Off with the touch of a button.
CAUTION
R/L Surround Pre-Out
Transmitter
Simply plug the Zona Transmitter into the Surround Pre-Outs on your receiver, via the 1/8” Stereo Mini to L/R RCA Cable - and plug it into the included power adapter. If your AVR has a switched power outlet on the back, plug the power adapter into it. Otherwise, plug it into a power strip or the wall. (You can use the included USB extension cable if needed.) We recommend you use the switched outlets - that way when your receiver turns on, so will the Zona Transmitter, and you will automatically link wirelessly to your surrounds!
Hooking Zona up to your computer is simple. Make sure your audio software isn’t running, plug the Transmitter into any open USB port and make sure the speakers are plugged into a power outlet. They will automatically sync up, and your computer will use the Zona transmitter as its sound device.
If using a Mac, you’ll have to open up the Sound Control Panel and select the “Wireless Headset” as your Output Device.
All that’s left is to start playing your favorite music!
Welcome to a new world of freedom for your surround sound!
We think you’ve made a great decision - Zona Wireless Speakers allow you to create your home theater on your terms, without worrying about running speaker wires. They sound great and are designed to blend in with your other speakers and home decor.
