Vertical Array Design: With a vertical array center channel, off-axis performance is optimized for crisp, unspoiled dialogue and midrange drop out is officially

a thing of the past.

1” Audiophile-Grade Silk-Dome Tweeter: A silk diaphragm means that this speaker sings. Silk gives remarkable detail, but also plays smooth and natural. Our
audiophile-grade 1-inch tweeter features ferrofluid cooling for high power handling and smooth response and a high quality heat sink, which means less distor­tion. Along with magnetic shielding, and a linear response faceplate for better horizontal dispersion, this tweeter is the high point of the speaker. Literally.

Custom PVA- Damped 5.25” Midrange: Our custom 5.25” midrange-woofer is the heart and soul of our award-winning 532 bookshelf loudspeaker, and is
featured here in our 533-VAC. The cone is made of paper that’s been treated with Poly Vinyl Acetate (PVA). Paper gives a super fast and natural response,
while the PVA helps make it more rigid and longer-lasting. The magnetically shielded driver sports a solid polymer frame, heavy rubber surround, super flat
frequency response, and a deep commitment to keep you amazed for years to come.

5.25’’ Passive-Midrange Woofer: The 533-VAC center channel speaker employs one passive driver, or radiator. This radiator exploits energy from the rear of the
active driver that would otherwise be wasted, to greatly improve the bass response of the whole speaker. In addition, because there’s only one active woofer,
lobing is greatly reduced, which translates into a much broader sonic sweet spot. This design also allows for a smaller, easier-to-place center channel speaker.

4” Custom Poly Midrange: Our 4” polypropylene midrange takes dialogue to new exacting heights. This high-quality, magnetically shielded midrange optimizes
the performance of critical midrange frequencies from 900Hz to 2500Hz. It responds to transient demands, maintains killer dispersion and sports a well damped
moving system to control spurious resonances. What’s more, it’s robust enough to handle the great air-moving demands of lower midrange frequencies.

HD-X3 Impedance Leveling Crossover Technology: Patent pending HD-X3 crossover technology levels the impedance load across the entire frequency range
creating a remarkably flat frequency response and eliminates the detrimental effects of resistance introduced by long runs of speaker wire.

Anti-Resonant Cabinet: Each 533-VAC speaker is made of rock solid 1” thick High Density Fiberboard (HDF) to eliminate unwanted resonances within the
cabinet. Each speaker is finished in either real cherry wood or high gloss black lacquer finish. This first-rate cabinetry unites the acoustic-damping qualities
of only the most expensive loudspeakers with a furniture-grade finish so handsome your coffee table will be jealous.

Magnetically Shielded: All drivers in the 533-VAC are magnetically shielded for placement on or near your video monitor.

5-Way Gold-Plated Binding Posts: Each 533-VAC speaker comes standard with audiophile quality gold-plated five-way binding posts, giving you great flex-

ibility in connecting your speaker wires. They will willingly accept banana plugs (4mm), spades (3/8”), pins or bare wire.

Acoustically Transparent Grille: An acoustically transparent grille is included with each speaker. We designed a grille that looks great and protects the pre­cious drivers from inquisitive kids and pets. And since the grille cloth is sonically invisible, your speakers’ performance won’t be compromised.

Wall & Ceiling Mounting: All 533-VAC speakers come with dual 1/4” threaded inserts on the back for ceiling or wall mounting. As a result, there is no need
to drills holes in the speaker. Industry standard spacing on these inserts means they’ll work with Omnimount 20.0 series (aim-able), or other brands.
