Introduction
Thank you for purchasing the Apart VINCI 7, our 20th Anniversary
Limited Edition loudspeaker.
This story began 20 years ago. The result is here now. VINCI 7
sets new standards in affordable reference bookshelf speakers. By
keeping the design as simple as possible, we managed to create a
true high end speaker with the highest value for money. Of course,
this is a typical feature for all products of the Apart brand. Compact,
audiophile, neutral but captivating… Each component was carefully
ear-chosen and tested. The result is an ultra linear performer,
with great dynamics and stable stereo imaging. With the optional
speaker stand, the speakers are positioned at ideal listening height.
When properly installed, these speakers will provide you with many
years of listening pleasure. Just sit back, relax and enjoy.

Please read this manual carefully before using the product. This
will give you the necessary product and installation instructions to
assure a seamless installation and non-compromised overall sound
quality.
Safety instructions
• Keep this manual for future reference.
• Take care of your speaker wires, they should be free of damage.
Damaged speaker wires may result in poor sound quality and
can damage amplifiers.
• No main power shall be connected to the loudspeakers, doing
so will damage the speaker.
• This speaker should only be serviced by qualified personnel. If
not warranty might be void.
• Use cables of the right gauge, certainly for long runs.
• Use cables with clear color indication and maintain polarity
throughout the whole system.
• Avoid loud feedback from microphones, this can damage your
speaker.
• Please check the unit’s condition after unpacking. If the outside
of the carton box has been damaged, inform your shipper
immediately.

Speaker positioning
Ideally, you should position the speakers on ear level.
In order to achieve this we suggest our VINCI7ST. A speaker stand
that has been designed especially for the VINCI 7 loudspeaker and
which fits the VINCI 7’s design concept perfectly. Ask your local
dealer for more information.

There are 3 possible ways to connect your new VINCI 7 speaker:
• Conventional
• Bi-wiring
• Bi-amping.
Note: when using the bi-amping method, you need 2 preferably
identical amplifiers per speaker. Each amplifier delivers full range
audio signals at the same volume level. No need to mention: always
use good quality speaker cable. The speaker terminals accept cables
up to 6 mm² and 4 mm banana connectors.
