Apacer AS340 is a class-leading, gaming-oriented solid state
drive (SSD) offering your PC to operate at the fastest speed.
Designed in SATAIII 6.0 Gb/s interface, the drive can deliver
outstanding performance up to 490 MB/s data transfer speed,
highly suitable to serve as operating system boot drive, storage
media of important data, or perfect solution for budding gamers
on a budget. The mechanical design of AS340 conforms to the
latest requirements of SATAIII 6.0 Gb/s interface. Hence, power
efficiency wise, AS340 supports SATA power management
modes which greatly cut power consumptions to make it an
environmental and economical storage drive than traditional hard
disk drives.

AS340 boasts built-in advanced Wear Leveling and ECC
functions and supports Windows 7 TRIM command. These not
only extend SSD life and improve operation stability, but also
maintain long-term performance.

Available in 120GB and 240GB, AS340 can meet the demand of
different users. Meanwhile, Apacer publishes specially designed
SSD Widget software which allows users to examine the SSD
status as well as instant firmware update. With the advantages of
performance and stability mentioned above, AS340 is proved to
be the best companion for PC and laptop upgrade.

less than the theoretical capacity because the calculation in OS is based on 1 GB = 1024 MB / 1MB =1024KB and a
minority of the capacity is reserved for maintenance purposes.
