1. 将视频设备的分量或HDMI端口连接到电视后,按照下表,设置视频设备的输出信号。
2. 如果电脑显卡可支持视频格式信号,可设置下表输出信号。

连接电视
有线系统或VHF/UHF天线系统 除标清模拟节目以外,您还可以观看标清或高清数字节目(如果您所在的地区能提供,并经过机顶盒或其他类似设备
转接)。 本电视能够接收有线和VHF/UHF天线的模拟信号电视节目。 强烈建议您使用75同轴线连接天线/有线输入,以接收最佳的画面质量。300双芯线很容易受到射频干扰影响,从
而造成信号降级。
天线隔离器安装说明
用心服务,创造完美是我们始终追求的目标。 电源布线如果不符合安全规范、电源电压异常、有线电视输入端口处有电压可能导致电视产品非正常失效,还可能造 成潜在的触电或火灾事故。我们产品在设计和制造时已将安全放在第一位,为保证您长期安全、放心地使用本产品, 避免使用过程中不安全的事故发生,我们将随机附送天线隔离器,请在安装电视的同时一并安装上天线隔离器,安装 方法如下图示(图片仅做示意参考,安装时天线隔离器请根据实际机台调整最适合方向安装,具体以实物为准):
高清接口 通过申请开通高清有线服务或高清卫星服务,您可以观看高清节目。为取得最佳的画面,请务必通过电视后面的HDMI 或分量视频(带音频)输入端,将该设备连接到电视。

如果设备配有DVI插孔,而不是HDMI插孔,请将DVI插孔连接到HDMI输入(用DVI-to-HDMI线或适配器)插孔。将音 频插孔连接到电脑音频输入插孔。

如下面所示,用VGA线连接,将电视用作电脑显示器。本电视也可以连接到带DVI或HDMI输出的电脑。
使用含铁氧磁心的VGA线和音频线将电视连接到电脑。 如果电脑已连接到电视,并且5分钟以上没有电脑信号输入,则电视会自动进入待机模式。

打开和关闭电视
您可以使用电视机或遥控器上的电源开关按钮打开电视。
提示:
1. 尽管待机时电视机的耗电量很少, 但电视机会继续耗电。当长时间不使 用电视机时,请将电视机的电源线与 电源插座断开。
2. 如果您找不到遥控器,但又想从待 机状态下打开电视机,请按电视机右 侧的待机键。
切换信号源 在 AOC 电视中,您可以直接通过遥控器选择信源,或按信源键在显示菜单上选择信号源。
1) 直接使用遥控器选择信号源时:按以下按键可直接切换输入的信号源。

按信源键选择USB 信号源或直接按遥控器上的多媒体键选择USB 多媒体播放功能。系统启动后,将USB 设备正确
的插入电视机侧后方的USB 插口。进入系统菜单后,按遥控器上的▲// 键选择所需的流媒体选项。如下图

3. 工厂模式调整
白平衡调整:按 “菜单+1+9+9+9+回看”进入工厂模式将 Current Source 选择为“component”,再选择 Color temp 选择 色温模式(Cool、Normal、Warm),选择 OK 后再选择 Gain 栏调整 R/G/B 值,将色温规格调整至要求范围内。以 LE32A3130 为例: 注意: R G B GAIN 分别最大不超过 138,128,138,component调整完后,其他 source 的 R G B GAIN 需和 component 一样,若不一样,需要切到其他 source 将值调整为一样。
白平衡值检查:Current Source 选择为视频”/T304“HDMI”/T349电脑”/T137 三个模式,色温规格也需在规格范 围内,此时白平衡调整 OK

6. 软体及 EDID 烧录
6.1 软体升级: 方式 :
1. 将发布软体名称修改为:install.img,并 Copy 到 U 盘中
2. 插入 U 盘
3. AC ON
4. TV 自动升级,升级完成后会自动开启.
方式 二:
1. 将发布软体 Copy 到 U 盘
2. TV 开机.
3. 插入 U 盘
4. 进入 CSM Menu (Menu + 456987 +回看)
5. 显示升级档案名称
6. 选择“是”. TV 会重启并升级,升级后会自动开启.
如果主板内软体机种和需要升级软体机种不同怎么办?
1. 确认主板内软体机种名称. (进入工厂模式方式: Menu+1999+Recall)
2. 把软体名称更改为主板内软体机种名称及客户名称
例如:AOC_LE42A8830_AP_RTD2649_PCB5701-C_TPT460H1_HVD02_V1.01_20130428.img 做法:LE42A8830=>LE46A8830
3. 升级完成后, 再次进入工厂模式确认机种名称, 软体版本和日期是否正确
方式 三:当机器出现异常状况无法用方式一,方式二升级软体时,请使用方式三强制升级,方式三分为 5 个部分
1. 工具介绍 使用的 tools:
a. 一台 PC b. USB 传输线一条(一端为小口) c. USB 转串口小板 (厦门厂料号: 715GT216-A ) d. VGA 线 /自制线材 e. 串口软件/windows 自带程序“超级终端” f. U 盘一个(FAT32 格式,只能有一个分区)
USB-RS232 VGA 的治具: a. 厦门厂料号:715GT216-ACS 站料号:715GT005-A-1 b. 如果维修站以上两个料号的治具都没有, 请使用 715GT080-A 代用, 但需要自己制作 VGA 3 PIN 的线
材,共两根 (一根烧写软体,一根烧写 Bootloader)

2. 工具连接 操作步骤: a. 按示意图,连接好 PC--》ISP 板子--》TV,烧写 Bootloader 用线材 1 连接到 TV、烧写软体用线材 2 连 接到 TV。这里先使用线材 2 连接,然后安装 USB RS232 的驱动:解压 usb to rs232 driver.7z,双击运 行/PL-2303/ PL-2303 Driver Installer.exe,按提示操作即可,接着打开 ttermpro.exe

b. 打开 ttermpro.exe,对串口软件进行设置,选择相应的 COM
c. 当 USB 转串口工具连接到 PC 上时, 进设备管理器查看占用的是哪个 COM 口, 并在 ttermpro.exe 的
Serial port setup 中选择相应的 port, 设置如下图, 设置好后点击 OK, 终端开始显示 LOG.
3.烧录软体 a. 在终端界面中按住 ESC 重新开启 TV, 进入 Realtek boot mode, 然后输入 erase –e , Enter 确认操作,
清除 TV 缓存数据, 清除完毕会再次出现”Realtek>”输入提示符

重新命名为 install.img 复制到 U 盘根目录 (此 U 盘必须 TV 可识别, 分区格式为 FAT32, 且只有一个分区), U 盘接到 TV
c. 在终端中按住 Ta b 键, 将 TV AC off/on, 直到 (约 15-20s) 出现如下信息后放开 Ta b , (如出现异常请参 考 4.烧录失败分析进行处理)
d. 软体烧录过程中 TV 会出现进度条提示 (正屏 pannel 显示为正常画面, 倒屏 pannel 显示为倒立画面 ), 烧录完成 TV 会自动重启, 进入 TV source (如果有 U 盘部分机种会自动进入 USB 主界面)
e. Menu+1999+recall 进入工厂菜单查看版本信息, 确认软体信息是否与软体名称 SUNING_LED-24E600_CN_RTD2648_PCB5635-C_TPM236H3_HGJL02_V2.09_20120823_3C7A.img 中的信息一致

4. 烧录失败分析
4.1 按 Ta b 键更新软体时报错 a. 检查 U 盘是否已连接至 TV, U 盘根目录下是否有 install.img b. U 盘不兼容, 更换 U 盘重新烧录 c. 没有执行 erase –e 指令
4.2 连接 Tool 后无任何提示信息 a. 检查 Tool 连线是否正确, 使用的线材是否正确 b. 串口是否已宕机, 重新插拔 USB 出口, 必要时重启 PC c. TV 没有 Bootloader, 需更新 Bootloader, 参考 5 进行操作

附件 Bootloadertool 用于更新 RTD2648(SH) TV Bootloader, 仅在以上操作无法更新软体时, 才需要更新
