该机种需要调整 ADCYpbpr&VGA)and WB(Ypbpr/VGA’s Normal/Warm/Cool ).
3.1 进入工厂模式
Press RC Key‘menu’+‘1’+‘9’+‘9’+‘9’or‘menu’+‘1’+‘9’+‘9’+‘9’+‘ok’.
3.2 ADC 调整方法
1. 进入工厂模式
2. 选择“Current Source”
3. 在信号产生器端设置正确的 Timing and Pattern
4. 在工厂模式中选择“Auto Color”

当前进工厂时的输入源,该项可切换输入源,对应输入源的 ADC,色温,Scaler 等相关信息同步更新。 Auto color 项只对需要做自动校正输入源时有效,否则它不动作。Auto color 会对 输入的 ADC 做自动矫正,调整 ADC Gain 和 Offset RGB 值。
Auto Color 做完立即更新,并可手动调整。

Scaler Gain 值在白平衡调整时立即更新,并可手动调整。
Offset RGB 值在白平衡调整时立即更新,并可手动调整。
打开或关闭 Burn in 模式。当 Burn in 设置为 On 时它将响应工厂遥控器功能; EEPROM Init 后默认为 On 状态;Reset 后默认为 Off。
实现的是初始化除了 HDCP key 和产品序列号以外的全部 EEPROM,如主菜单 的 OSD 默认值,工厂菜单的 ADC 数据,白平衡设定值,Black light 和 Language 等,同时把 Burn in 设置为 On,响应工厂遥控器功能,设置输入源为 TV。 背光打开总计时,在 EEPROM Initial 或 Factory reset 后都清为 0,显示值用十进 制表示,当时间到达显示最大值时就不再变化。 AC ON 主电源供电总计时,在 EEPROM Initial 或 Factory reset 后都清为 0,显 示值用十进制表示,当时间到达显示最大值时就不再变化。

6. 软体及 EDID 烧录
6.1 软体烧录
(一)采用 U 盘烧录
1. 准备工作
1.1 工具:U 盘(FAT 格式为佳);
1.2 待烧录的“.img”档软体。
2. 烧录
2.1 将“.img”格式待烧录文件拷贝到 U 盘根目录下;
2.2 TV 开机,通过遥控器按下“菜单”+“456987”进入 CSM 菜单;
2.3 插上 U 盘,TV 侦测到新版软体文件,弹出软体更新软体提示,按照提示进行软体升级;
3. 进入工厂模式确认软体版本。

(二)采用 PC 烧入方法
1. 准备工作
1.1 工具:715GT0051-1-A, USB 线与 VGA 线

1.2 安装 USB 驱动:解压“PL-2303.zip”文件夹,安装“PL-2303 Driver Installer.exe” 备注:此驱动只支持 Windows XP 系统 ,不支持 VistaWin 7
1.3 按图 1.1 连接烧录板,查看我的电脑”——“属性”——“设备管理器,确认 USB 驱动是否安装 OK,如“ports”有下 红色框提示内容,代表 USB 数据线连接 OK,记下该串口的 COM 口号;如无此提示内容,请重新安装“PL-2303 Driver Installer.exe”

2.1 解压“ISP&Debug.zip”,运行“RTICE_FLASH_ONLY.exe”,出现如图 2.1.1 提示,点击确定”,进入图 2.1.2 界面;
