3.1 ADC 调整
1. 在 YPbPr 模式下,信号产生器选择为 Tim314, Pat185( 720p,彩阶画面)
2. 进入工厂菜单:按遥控器“菜单+1999+返回”,如下图。
3. 选择到 “Auto Color”,按’OK’ 键进行手调 ADC.
4. 再切换 Tim 311, Pat 185(576i, 彩阶画面),重复步骤 3 再次做 ADC.

5. 再选择到“PC” 模式,信号产生器切换为 Timing137(1024*768@60Hz) Pattern 42(5-DISK).
6. 进入工厂菜单:按遥控器“ 菜单+1999+ 返回”
7. 选择到 “Auto Color”,按’OK’ 键进行手调 ADC.
8. ADC 调整完毕 .
3.2 白平衡调整
1. 在 YPbPr 模式下,信号产生器选择为 Tim 314(Component 720p) Pattern 141(80% White), 并将 CA210 探头放
于 TV 正中间。
2. 进入工厂菜单: 按遥控器“菜单+1999+返回”。
3. 选择色温: 在工厂菜单中,ColortempÆ COOL
4. 选择到 Scaler Æ Gain Æ R /G /B 并调整其中的参数,如下图,使其色温值在 cool 的色温规格内(规格见下表)。
5. 重复步骤 2 到步骤 4,进行 Normal 和 Warm 色温的调整.
6. 白平衡调整完毕。

当前进工厂时的输入源,该项可切换输入源,对应输入源的 ADC,色温,Scaler
等相关信息同步更新。
Auto color 项只对需要做自动校正输入源时有效,否则它不动作。Auto color 会对
输入的 ADC 做自动矫正,调整 ADC Gain 和 Offset RGB 值。
在 Auto Color 做完立即更新,并可手动调整。

Scaler Gain 值在白平衡调整时立即更新,并可手动调整。
Offset RGB 值在白平衡调整时立即更新,并可手动调整。
打开或关闭 Burn in 模式。当 Burn in 设置为 On 时它将响应工厂遥控器功能;
EEPROM Init 后默认为 On 状态;Reset 后默认为 Off。
实现的是初始化除了 HDCP key 和产品序列号以外的全部 EEPROM,如主菜单
的 OSD 默认值,工厂菜单的 ADC 数据,白平衡设定值,Black light 和 Language
等,同时把 Burn in 设置为 On,响应工厂遥控器功能,设置输入源为 TV。
背光打开总计时,在 EEPROM Initial 或 Factory reset 后都清为 0,显示值用十进
制表示,当时间到达显示最大值时就不再变化。
AC ON 主电源供电总计时,在 EEPROM Initial 或 Factory reset 后都清为 0,显
示值用十进制表示,当时间到达显示最大值时就不再变化。

6. 软体及 EDID 烧录
6.1 软体烧录
(一)采用 U 盘烧录
1. 准备工作
1.1 工具:U 盘( FAT 格式为佳);
1.2 待烧录的“.img”档软体。
2. 烧录
2.1 将“.img”格式待烧录文件拷贝到 U 盘根目录下;
2.2 TV 开机,通过遥控器按下“菜单”+“456987”进入 CSM 菜单;
2.3 插上 U 盘, TV 侦测到新版软体文件,弹出软体更新软体提示,按照提示进行软体升级;
3. 进入工厂模式确认软体版本。

(二)采用 PC 烧入方法
1. 准备工作
1.1 工具:715GT0051-1-A, USB 线与 VGA 线

1.2 安装 USB 驱动:解压“PL-2303.zip” 文件夹,安装“PL-2303 Driver Installer.exe”
备注:此驱动只支持 Windows XP 系统 ,不支持 Vista 、Win 7
1.3 按图 1.1 连接烧录板,查看“ 我的电脑 ”——“ 属性”——“ 设备管理器” ,确认 USB 驱动是否安装 OK ,如“ports” 有下
红色框提示内容,代表 USB 数据线连接 OK,记下该串口的 COM 口号;如无此提示内容,请重新安装“PL-2303 Driver
Installer.exe” 。
