Thank you for purchasing the new generation RF Wireless Thermometer. Designed and engineered with the state-of-art technology and components, this instrument will provide accurate and convenient measurement of indoor and outdoor temperatures. Read this manual carefully to full explore the features and functions of the new product.
Name and Functions of Buttons:
BATTERY INSTALLATION
Lift off the bracket stand, loose the 2 screws with a small screwdriver. Select channel for each transmitter, and then insert 2 pcs AA batteries according to the polarity indicated. After selecting the desired setting, replace the cover and tighten the 2 screws.
SETTING UP THE WIRELESS CONNECTION:
For the first installation, always insert batteries to the home unit and then
the remote sensor. The flash of outdoor temperature on the home unit means the seeking the connection with the transmittor. Install batteries of transmitter in this moment for registration. Always set the first sensor to CH 1. Maximum three sensors can be registered.
To verify transmission, press the Tx button of the remote sensor. The red LED
on the remote sensor will flash when it transmit a signal. Temperature of the remote sensor will be updated and displayed on the remote sensor. When replacing batteries for the remote sensor, remember to clear the
corresponding channel of the home unit in this way: Select the respective channel by pressing the CHANNEL button on home unit, then hold the CHANNEL button 3 seconds to clear the registration.
LOW BATTERY INDICATION
Low battery indication is available for the transmitters. When the low battery indicator is shown on the display of transmitter or the outdoor display of the home unit, replace the batteries of the corresponding transmitter and follow the setup procedure as mentioned in this instruction manual.
