14EL14 208V SINGLE PHASE FRYER ADDENDUM

General note:

There are no major changes in performance and maintenance between regular three phase and
single phase supplied fryers. Please notify following differences:

Model description: 14EL14 Single Phase 208V.

Electrical:
Power: 14EL14 - 14kW,
Voltage – 120/208V single phase (2 ungrounded wires and neutral)

Line amps: 14EL14 208V– 67.3A, the fryer is equipped with 80A (IR 10kA, 120/240V)
circuit breaker.

FIELD WIRING INSTALLATION:

The fryer is completely factory pre-wired. All that is required is to connect a power supply.
A terminal strip and grounding provision is located inside the controls enclosure.

NOTICE!

Electrical connection and service to be performed by certified electrician in accordance

with all local electrical codes, or, in the absence of local code, with the National

Electrical Code ANSI/NFPA No. 70. In Canada, connections must be made in accordance

with CSA C22.1, Canadian Electrical Code Part 1.
