GENERAL overview:
NXA-TSJ45 informations:
4100-411
• Read and understand all instructions before installation
• Never install products during a lightning storm
• These products are intended for indoor use only
• Protection devices are intended for use as secondary surge protection at the
equipment level behind a primary building protector designed for lightning effects
protection.
• Always keep cord lengths between equipment and protector to a minimum, try not
to exceed 10 inches
• Ground wires must be attached directly to metal chassis of equipment to be protected
• Verify that metal equipment chassis are connected to earth ground via properly
grounded AC outlet
• Protectors reset after each surge. In the unlikely event of a catastrophic surge, the
protector will self sacrifice and not allow damaging surges to reach your equipment
• Confirm power off to the equipment being protected
• Disconnect incoming data
• Connect the small cable to the end closest to the ground wire
• Attach the green gound wire to the metal chassis
• Attach the incoming wire to other suppressor opening
