1.1 For using equipment

Appearance description
2.1 Clothes appearance description
This product is an electronic equipment used to monitor the heart rate and other body movement data at resting or exercise state.

2.2 Main device appearance description
Touch switch, heart rate indicator / abnormallead indicator, Bluetooth status indicator, low charge indicator, charge indicator
2.3 Main device indicator description
2.3.1 Bluetooth status indicator
a. Blue flicker-indicates that the Bluetooth of the equipment is unconnected b. Other states-indicator lights on or in red / green / blue circular flashing-- indicate that the
Main device Bluetooth is connected
2.3.2 Heart rate indicator / abnormal lead indicator
When the Bluetooth of the equipment is connected, the indicator is in following status: a. Red / green / blue circular flashing-indicates that the abnormal lead, that is the
electrode of the Main device is not in full contact with the base or the flexible electrode is not fully in contact with the skin
b. Blue light-indicates that your heart rate is low and you are in aerobic state c. Green light-indicates that your heart rate is high and you are in anaerobic state d. Red light-indicates that your heart rate is too high and your heart is overloaded and it is
not recommended that you continue to exercise in this state
2.3.3 Low charge indicator
Red flicker - 3 timesevery 5 second-- indicates that the battery level is less than 20%. It is recommended to recharge the Main device as soon as possible to avoid the loss of motion data

2.3.4 Charge indication
The charge indicator will have the following two states during the charging process: a. Red light-charging b. Green light-full of electricity
Usage
3.1 Software downloading
a. iOS users can go to App Store to search "listen and run" for downloading b. Android users can go to the application market to search "listen and run" for
downloading. Scan a QR code for download link
3.2 Clothes wearing
When wearing clothes, please make sure the clothes are in smooth contact with your body and avoid wrinkling at the electrode so as to fully collect electrocardiogram (ECG) signals on the body surface.In order to achieve the best collection effect, it is recommended to wetthe silver electrode inside the clothebefore use-- please do not use acid, alkaline liquid or other drinks as far as possible, so as not to affect the service life of the electrode.
3.3 Main device installation
As shown in the figure, push the Main device through the guide rail into the chest base.The "click" sound indicates that the installation is complete.

3.4 Startup / shutdown
Touch the Main device switch area for 5 s until the indicator lights up, indicating that the equipment is started.

Touch the switch area for 5 s until the indicator lights flicker quickly and then go out, indicating that the shutdown is complete.
3.5 Equipment connection
3.5.1 Connection mode
After entering the APP home page, click the icon in the upper right corner to search and connect the equipment.
3.5.2 Matters needing attention
a. Please make sure that the Bluetooth of your phone is turned on b. Please make sure the equipment is fully powered when connecting for the first time. If
the equipment is automatically shut down, please try again after charging the equipment c. When connecting, please make sure the equipment is as close to the phone as possible
3.6 Main device removal
As shown in the figure, the Main device can be removed from the base by holding the base with your hand and pushing the Main device up with the other hand.
3.7 Charging
3.7.1 Charging process
The charging base can be used as a mobile power supply to provide two or more times temporary charging for the Main device.When using, push the Main device into the guide rail in the direction shown and fasten it, and then press the key on the base or insert the USB power supply to charge the Main device.When the charge is not full, the charge indicator is red.
3.7.2 Charging complete
When the Main device charge is full, the charge indicator will appear green.
3.7.3 Description to charging base indicator light
When the USB power supply is inserted into the charging base, if the Main device is installed to the base, the Main device will be charged first, while if the Main device is not installed to the base, the base battery will be charged firstly.The charge base button is the status indicator light, and the charge status indicatorsare as follows:
Red flicker:Charging the base battery Green light:The base battery is full Charging / charging complete

When pressing the base button or plugging into the USB power supply, the base indicator will indicate the state of the power supply, and then start charging the Main device. The base status indicators are as follows:
Green light:More than 90% electricity Blue light: 60%~90%electricity Red light:30%~60%electricity Red flicker:less than 30%electricity
3.8 Washing
a. Please remove the Main device from the clothes and keep it in good custody before washing the clothes
b. Please use the washing machine to wash it gently, avoid rough hand washing, strong washing or kneading mode of washing machine, so as not to damage the circuit
c. Please use common detergents to wash it. Chemicals such as strong acid, alkali or bleach can damage the clothes and internal circuits
d. Please wash the clothesin less than 40°C water. High water temperature may damage the inside electrode of the clothes.
e. There are hard objects in the clothes. Please wash it separately from other clothes to avoid damaging other clothes.
f. Do not dry clean This equipment is an electronic product whoseMain device machine supports IP66 class
dustproof and waterproof, but it is not a special product for underwater operation.Please do not immerse or use it in swimming, diving, shower and other similar scenarios.
