Description

The AMS-7 is a slim, micro-micro low profile dual-purpose

magnetic contact, designed for small tight spaces where

installation space is severely limited. The AMS-7 implements

the unique break-off tabs design so it can be used as a sur-

face or press-fit contact. It accommodates those hard to

reach installations. Simply by removing the break-off tabs it

becomes a press-fit contact, a unique concept that serves

installers out in the fields.

The AMS-7 is SPST normally open for closed loop circuits

(circuit is closed when magnet is engaged). The AMS-7D is

SPST normally closed for open loop circuits (circuit is open

when magnet is engaged).
