Description
The AMS-38 is a patented UL Listed Mechanical Magnetic
Contact Switch that gives complete mobility in mounting
because of the universal size and shape.
The AMS-38A is designed for use in closed circuit systems
only. The AMS-38B is designed for use in both open and
closed circuit system applications. The molded plastic case is
made of the latest UL Listed Material. The cover is glued and
then ultrasonically sealed preventing moisture or oxidation
from appearing on the contact. The contact points are gold
plated. The AMS-38 is unsurpassed in its quality construction
and operates every time. The contact contains a bias ALNICO
5 magnet instead of a spring which can wear out and cause
freezing and failure to operate. The AMS-38 has an operating
gap of fi inch and its versatility allows the switch to be mount-
ed in various positions.
