NOTE: Figure 2 is an exploded view of the Roll Stand base assembly.
NOTE: DO NOT use a hammer on the casters or the Roll Stand post.
1. Hardware Kit 1 has the necessary hardware for the instructions in this section. (Figure 1)
2. Push locking casters into the base by hand until it clicks in place. Repeat for all 5 casters.
3. Insert the end of the Roll Stand post with the bushing into the Roll Stand base. Secure the post to the Roll Stand
by inserting the long bolt, through the lock washer, and then the large washer through the base, into the Roll
Stand post and tighten with ½" wrench. Ensure all connections are secured. (Figure 2)

Roll Stand Installation (Monitor Head Installation)
WARNING: The Roll Stand Monitor Head is rated for up to 20 lbs (9.07 kg). Ensure that the monitor being mounted
does not exceed this weight.
WARNING: Ensure that there is no gap between the large plastic bushing and the monitor head after assembly.
1. Hardware Package 2 (packaged with selected monitor head) has the hardware necessary for the instructions in
this section.
2. Place the adapter on the top of the post, ensure the side with the lip is facing up
3. Place the large black plastic bushing on top of the adapter, tting the lip of the adapter.
4. Place the small plastic bushing inside the bottom of the monitor head, and place the monitor head assembly into
the adapter.
5. Insert the nylon washer and then the bronze washer into the recessed hole on the top of the head. Next, insert
the head bolt through the two washers, into the hole in the head and tighten using the 1/2’’ (1.27 cm) wrench.
Tighten the head bolt until there is no gap between the large black plastic bushing and the adapter. (Figure 3)
6. Place the doming label in the recessed slot on the head to cover the screw.

Basket Installation
WARNING: DO NOT tighten one screw all the way into the clamp assembly without tightening the other. Only
tighten the rst screw after the second screw is at least half way into the clamp assembly or the clamp may be
damaged. (Figure 4)
WARNING: DO NOT overtighten the screws as this may strip the thread.
WARNING: The basket is rated for up to 10 lbs (4.547 kg). Ensure the load that is placed in the basket does not
exceed this weight.
1. Remove the clamp devices from the basket assembly using the 3/16" (47.6 mm) HEX Key, and place the clamp
assembly at the desired height on the Roll Stand post.
2. Line the holes of the top clamp assembly on the basket with the holes on the clamp device. Partially secure
one of the two bolts BUT DO NOT TIGHTEN, then partially secure the second bolt. Once both bolts are started,
partially secure the bolts in the bottom clamp assembly in the same way. Once all four bolts are partially secured,
Tighten in a CROSS Pattern. (Figure 5 and 6)

Handle Installation
WARNING: DO NOT tighten one screw all the way in the clamp device without the other. Only tighten the rst
screw after the second screw is at least half way into the clamp assembly or the clamp maybe damaged. (Figure 7)
WARNING: Ensure the clamp device is the correct side up. The rounded edge of the clamp faces up while the more
squared edge faces down. The nished side of the handle faces up. (Figure 8)
1. Place the clamp device at the desired height on the Roll Stand post.
2. Line up the holes up on the handle with the holes on the clamp device. Start one of the two HEX bolts BUT DO
NOT TIGHTEN, then start the second bolt. Once both bolts are started, tighten the bolts. (Figure 9)

Warranty Policy
Amico Accessories warrants all mounting accessories to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of twelve
(12) months from the date of shipment. Within this period Amico Accessories will repair or replace any part which is proven to
be defective. We don’t just send parts and pieces, we replace the product!
Amico Accessories will warrant its material to be free from defect for an additional period of four (4) years, ve (5) years from
the date of shipment. Within this period, Amico Accessories will replace any part at no charge, which is proven to be defective.
Shipping and Installation costs after the rst twelve (12) months will be borne by the customer.
This warranty is valid only when the product has been properly installed according to Amico Accessories specications, used in
a normal manner and serviced according to factory recommendations. It does not cover products that are not manufactured
by Amico Accessories. It does not cover failures due to damage which occurs in shipments or failures which resulted from
accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, mishandling, alteration, misapplication or damage that may be attributable to acts of God.
Amico Accessories shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from use of equipment.
All claims for warranty must rst be approved by Amico Accessories. A valid Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number must
be obtained from Amico Accessories prior to commencement of any service work. Warranty work, which has not been pre-
authorized by Amico Accessories, will not be reimbursed.
AMICO ACCESSORIES DOES NOT HONOR VERBAL STATEMENTS CONCERNING THE WARRANTY.
The distributor and/or dealer are not sanctioned to create verbal warranties about the product described in this agreement. Any
statements will not be honored or be made part of the agreement of sale. This document is the nal complete and exclusive
terms of the agreement.
THIS WARRANTY IS INCLUSIVE AND REPLACES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES.
Amico Accessories shall not, under any circumstances be liable for incidental or consequential damages including, but not
limited to, prot, loss of sales or injuries to person(s) or property. Correction of noncompliance as noted above will result in
completion of all liabilities of Amico Accessories, whether based on agreement, neglect or changed materials, designs or
specications without notice.
