Chemetron Gas Control Panel
Important Note
Due to unknown factors of the existing equipment, projects requiring Retro-Fit Conversions must be fully investigated by
the installer.
It is the responsibility of the installer to determine if the Retro-Fit will function correctly and if additional components are
required. Amico is not responsible for any additional components required.
Retro-Fit Instructions
Remove the screws from the Chemetron Gas Control Panel.
Remove all internal components.
Mount the ller frame to the wall using the appropriate
hardware for the type of wall you are mounting to. There are
6 holes provided for mounting the frame, 3 on top and 3 on
the bottom.
NOTE: The frame cannot be mounted on the wall centered
on the existing back box. The retrot is shipped with the
ller frame attached to the control panel. Before you take
these apart, push the assembly into the existing back box
and position it into place and mark o the corners of the
frame on the wall. These lines will be your reference for
mounting the frame to the wall.

Retro-Fit Instructions
The pigtail adapter and the reducer bushing, provided with
the retrot kit, should be secured to the input and output in
the back box as shown.
The pigtail that is supplied in the retrot kit is for the
output. Secure the male end to the reducer bushing on the
output side in the back box.
Secure the male end of the output pigtail to the output
on the back of the control panel. Secure the input pigtail,
coming from the back of the control panel, to the input in
the back box. Push the whole assembly gently into the back
box and secure the panel to the ller frame using the #8
stainless steel machine screws provided with the kit. Please
note the position of the pigtails. Make sure you position
them this way or you may have trouble tting the panel
onto the frame.
