* For 2 1/2” IPS saddle with a 2” outlet - Drill
size must be 1 3/4” due to pipe restriction.

1. Place saddle on
desired location and
mark. Drill hole
according to Drill
Chart and deburr.

2. Place saddle over
hole and attach easy
clamping hinge
around pipe.

3. Apply wedge half
way by hand and fin­ish off with a slight
tap of a rubber mal­lett. Ideal for new
installations or addi­tions.

4. Saddle should be pressure
tested prior to burial to assure
system integrity. Long lasting
EPDM o-ring seal assures a
leak free installation. Note:
wedge does not need to be
flush with saddle body to seal.
