Expandable Repair Couplings

Poly-Stretch Repair Coupling Features:

• For repair of polyethylene irrigation pipe.

• Avoid extra digging and buckled pipe.

• Couplings are made of ABS

• O-ring seal is made of Buna 70

• Pressure rated at 160 psi.

• Designed for irrigation operation pressures of polyethylene pipe and more.

Instructions for Installation:

•Cut out approximately 4” of
pipe where repair is needed.

•Place clamps over ends of pipe

•Insert end marked with “END
FIRST” arrow by pushing and
turning at same time.

•Insert other end by pushing &
turning.

•Place clamps over ribbed ends
& tighten.

• Double EPDM o-ring seal gives more protection from posible leakage due

to deflection of piston in the extended position.

• EPDM o-ring seal also protects against contamination on the cylinder wall.

• Solvent cement trap located in cap to capture excess solvent cement.

• Made from PVC type I grade I material meeting ASTM D-1784

• 118 Series does not have union end.
