1. Plug in your Echo Spot

Plug the p ower adaptor in to your Echo Spot an d then into an elec trical
socket . You must use the ite ms included in th e original Echo S pot
packag e for optimal pe rformance . In about a minute , the display wi ll
turn on an d Alexa will gre et you.

2. Set up your Echo Spot

Follow th e on-screen i nstructio ns to set up your Ech o Spot. During
setup , you will connec t your Echo Spot to th e Internet, s o you can access
Amazon s ervices. P lease make sure yo u have your Wi- Fi password .

• To power your Ec ho Spot on and off, pre ss and hold the

Mic/Camera button.

• A short p ress of the Mic/ Camera but ton will turn off th e
microp hones and came ra, and the LED w ill turn red.

• When id le, your Echo Spot w ill automatic ally turn on whe n you
say "Alex a".

• To access Se ttings, sw ipe down from th e top of the screen .

• See the T hings to Try card to he lp you get star ted.

Alexa App

Downlo ad the Alexa Ap p from the app sto re. The app help s you get
more out o f your Echo Spot. I t's where you s ee an overvie w of your
reques ts and manage y our contact s, lists, ne ws, music and s ettings. You
can als o start the se tup process f rom your compute r browser.
