03 Pairing the Watch
1.
Scan th e QR code o n the Ins tructi on Manu al with your m obile p hone
to downlo ad the app to yo ur mobile pho ne. You can al so downlo ad the
latest ve rsion of Ap p from the G oogle Play Store or A pple Ap p store.
2.
Open th e APP, registe r an account and lo g in.
3.
Follow th e steps in th e app to pair your watch co rrectly. Once pairing
is compl ete, the wa tch will disp lay the cor rect tim e.
4.
You can set th e other watch functi ons as ne eded .

04 Charging the Watch
1.
Conne ct the US B port o f the watch ch arging c able to a mobile pho ne
charge r or a comp uter USB p ort.
2.
Put the watch into the ch arging base. Pay at tention to th e direct ion
and position of the w atch, and make sure th at the met al conta cts on
the bac k of the watch fit c losely wi th the cha rging bas e.
3.
When ch arging s tarts , the watch screen d isplays th e chargi ng progre ss.

installed successfully.
06 Wearing the Watch
1.
Wear the watc h strap no t too tightly o r too loos ely, and leave e nough
space fo r the skin to b reathe. This make s you feel comfort able an d
allows the sensor to fu nction.
2.
When me asurin g blood ox ygen sat uration, wear th e watch corre ctly.
Avoid weari ng the watch on the wri st joint , keep your a rm flat, maintai n
comfor table (app ropriately tight) fit ting bet ween the w atch and
the skin o f your wris t, and kee p your arm s till throu ghout th e
measu rement p rocess . When a ected by ex ternal f actors (arm s ag,
arm sway, arm h air, tattoo , etc.), the me asurem ent resul t may be
inaccu rate or the m easure ment may f ail and provide no ou tput.
