03 Pairing the Watch
1.
Scan th e QR code on the I nstructio n Manual with y our mobile ph one to
downlo ad the app to you r mobile pho ne. You can also dow nload the latest
versio n of App from the G oogle Play S tore or Apple A pp store.
2.
Open th e APP, register an ac count and log i n.
3.
Follow t he steps in the a pp to pair your wat ch correct ly. Once pairi ng is
compl ete, the watch wi ll display the co rrect time.
4.
You can set the other watch fu nctions as nee ded.

04 Charging the Watch
Conne ct the USB po rt of the watch c harging ca ble to a mobile ph one charge r

Put the w atch into the cha rging base. Pa y attention to t he directio n and
positi on of the watch, a nd make sure tha t the metal con tacts on the back of
the watc h fit closely w ith the c harging base.
3.
When cha rging starts , the watch scre en displays the charg ing progress.

05 Disassembly and Assembly of the Watch Strap
Please r efer to the illus trations to disa ssemble or ass emble the watch
strap.
Note:
Once th e strap is assem bled, pull the s trap proper ly to ensure it is
installed successfully.
06 Wearing the Watch
1.
Wear the wa tch strap not t oo tightly or to o loosely, and l eave enough s pace
for the sk in to breathe. T his makes you fee l comfortab le and allows the
sensor to function.
2.
When me asuring blo od oxygen sat uration, we ar the watch cor rectly. Avoid
wearin g the watch on th e wrist join t, keep your ar m flat, mai ntain comfortable
(approp riately tigh t) fitting between t he watch and the sk in of your wrist ,
and keep y our arm still th roughout the measurement process. When
affec ted by externa l factors (arm sa g, arm sway, arm hair, tatto o, etc.), the
measur ement resul t may be inaccur ate or the measur ement may fail a nd
provid e no output.
3.
We recom mend that you ti ghten the watch s trap during exercise and
loose n it afterwar ds.
