R0163150 (A) “P.C.” Circuit Board Assembly
It is important to READ this instruction sheet carefully before installing
“P.C.” Circuit Board Assembly.

WARNING
To avoid risk of electrical shock, personal injury or death; disconnect power to unit before servicing, and
always reconnect ground wires after servicing.
Failure to follow these instructions may result in damage to the “P.C.” Circuit Board or improper operation
of the oven.
Verify the oven is unplugged before servicing. Wear a R0193576 static control wrist strap or equivalent whenever
handling the “P.C.” Circuit Board. Handle the circuit board only by the edges. Failure to handle “P.C.” Circuit Board
by the edges will damage the part.
All returned “P.C.” Circuit Boards must be placed in an Anti-Static Bag and carefully packaged in the replacement
part carton.
The service replacement “P.C.” Circuit Board in this assembly is Amana Part Number D7773002 circuit board.
1. Locate pins 9 and 10 on the “P.C.” Circuit Board.
A. Pins 9 and 10 are located behind the white keyboard connector on the top left side of the circuit board.
B. Locate jumper wires 2 PGM, NORM, and 13SEC. The jumper wires are located in a rectangular black
outlined box to the upper right of the white keyboard connector. The white keyboard connector is located on
the upper left side of the “P.C.” Circuit Board
2. Very carefully, cut or leave in the appropriate wire jumper strap on the “P.C.” Circuit Board as indicated by the
microwave oven model chart. The jumper wire straps must be cut in one place and bent so that the cut ends do
not make contact with any other conductor on the “P.C.” Circuit Board.
3. After the new “P.C.” Circuit Board is installed test run the microwave oven as per the instructions in the
appropriate service manual.

If the model number of the microwave oven is not listed above, then cut or leave in the jumper wire(s) on the
new “P.C.” Circuit Board exactly like the old “P.C.” Circuit Board.
Old circuit board may not have 2 PGM, NORM, and 13SEC jumper wires.
